I had my nails done several times and was happy. Then my nails started lifting after a couple of visits. But the final straw was watching the women doing my nails help a another doing. Pedicure. She put her hands in the foot water scrubbed the persons foot. No gloves and then come back to my nails with out cleaning her hands. Which I asked her to do. Never been back Read Less

I got a pedi and a full set of nails here yesterday and when I left my feet were bleeding in two places. The lady who did the pedi was rough. The set of nails I got done are already lifting on 3 of them, they are full of bubbles and she did not use any disinfectant before applying the nails. Will charge you up the ass!! I've been going to these guys for years. Today I went in to get a new set of gel nails done. They had a sign up before saying that they charged $15 to take off another businesses nails. Today I go in and had my old nails on from 3 weeks ago from them. I get my regular stuff done. All I had done was a couple white stripes on 4 fingers then on 3 fingers a couple of the tiniest gems you can possibly get. I go to pay and they told me they were chargin...g me an extra 30$ on top of the 65$ they already charge. They have NEVER done this to me before. I told them that is ridiculous but they inform me that since they had to take my old nails off and I got "designs" done that they charged me $15 for each. I'm outraged and will never be going back to them for this reason. I told them I saw the signs last time saying they only charge for taking off someone else's work. They said no they charge 25$ for that and 15$ for taking off theirs. They're sneaky and are doing whatever they can to take more money from you. I just paid 95$ for some gel nails!! I'm furious. these guys used to be who I went to after I got pregnant but not anymore. What's next? Are they going to start charging you extra if they end up going over a certain amount of time? And then inform you once you go to pay? I'm very displeased with how they are starting to do business. Also, they aren't ever able to do what design you orginally pick. They either don't have the color/sticker strips/ or whatever or they just aren't able to do it cause they aren't trained. Then they will rush to get it done. Today I had to actually tell her to do another coat because you could still see my nail underneath the color. Then the nail polish was clumping and missed some spots and she was ready to put the clear coat on and move on. I had to tell her to correct it. I've been here before for gel nails and they were okay the first time but when I got fills they lasted a week. I got my nails done in Vancouver and went to tl nails for fills and my experience was awful. The design I wanted (camo) was apparently not able to be done so I picked a different design and got nail art on one nail and it was rushed and very poorly done. Not impressed and will not be back.
