I was going to get eyebrow tattoos UNTIL I discovered this place. I never thought my eyebrows could look so amazing without permanent ink! If it's your 1st time I recommend shaping and brow tint but ask them to keep the thickness or they may make them a little too thin. I go here once a month Loveeeeeeeee this place! Read Less

I had my brow and lip threaded. Service was professional and clean establishment. Unfortunately when I got back into my car I had to tweeze 20+ missed hairs. I may go back and see a different lady but I am not happy with having to retweeze after paying for a service. :( Read Less

Seriously never had a bad experience with this place until tonight when I walked out with almost completely no eyebrows and what I did have left is completely uneven!!!! Even after saying that I wanted to keep the shape and they only needed to be cleaned up A BIT!. So choked! Not satisfied at all! I will never recommend this company to anyone again! Read Less

I honestly never write bad reviews because its just not the type of person i am...but i was so unhappy with the service i got here i emailed the company will my concerns and asked to speak with a manager or owner and they ignored my messages...not very good customer service in my eyes! Just did mine and loved them. I also brought my 12yr old daughter and her 13 yr old friend that desperately needed shaping professionally before they started plucking their own and of course learning the dos and don't's of plucking. They threaded them not waxed so the pain was less and had very straight lines. I'm very impressed with the services and so where the teenage girls. No pain no fuss just beauty and smiles. Never been so disappointed in brow service could literally cry! I asked the lady to leave the thickness and just clean up my brows which I always do in my home town, and she literally took almost all my eye brows off... Just spent 6 years growing them in for her to destroy them in minutes. And thanks a lot because now I look like I have no eye brows.. I want to cry, will never go back again and probably going to spend over a year at least to grow my eyebrows back 😭😭💔💔 so upset and so sad!!! Read Less
