The 4 stars I am giving this establishment and service is based on the range of amazing colours available, the product and the work done on my nails as I am extremely picky and I find my nails are beautiful and exactly how I wanted them every time I leave. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is simply because the environment is generally negative, staff seem annoyed with customers, they barely speak to their customers and seem very grouchy for a lack of better words. I phoned first thing in the morning and asked if they could take me in for a new set of nails.  They said not until noon. Then they phoned me back and said they could take me right away.  The girl that did my nails was very quiet and not interested in talking but she did an amazing job. The place it's OK clean and nice but they don't have any of customer service there is one of the worker she is so racist always rude and insulting me and harassing me and the last time  after she was rude I made A complaint to the owner and she left her customer to jump to the front counter to threats me and then I tried to stop her by telling her hishhh. Okay, So I decided to try this place out for the first time after the Owner had changed over. It used to be Pink Lotus (Which was not good) Since the name change there has been vast improvements the inside looks absolutely beautiful! The owner is a wonderful lady who will go above and beyond for her customers. The pricing is very reasonable. They don't push for extra services. THE BEST PART is my acrylic nails look perfect! I get my nails done all the time, and I'v tried out a lot of places. This is one of the best. I like my fake nails to look real, and as thin as they can make them.
