This is the absolute worst pedicure I have ever had in my life. My polish is crooked and messy, my feet are still rough, I still have cuticles, and her "massage" was the weakest thing I've ever felt. I barely felt like she was even rubbing in the lotion in the touch was so light and lasted about 30 seconds. Then she threw a burning hot towel over my legs, pulled it off when I flinched and then laid it back on for a few seconds then took it off without doing anything with it. I will RARELY ever go anywhere and not tip but no way is she getting anything. This isn't even worth the money I am paying for it but I just want to get out of here and never come back. Read Less

Jenny the manager did my nails beautifully! They are perfect. Not only do I love them but she made sure I was happy with them before I left. She is very knowledgable about current nail trends, and really listens to what you want. She is super friendly and actually cares about her clients. Had my eyebrows done and they gave me a black eye which I still have 5 days later.  The manager thinks she can talk her way out of anything and is condescending and rude!  Disgusting salon!  There isn't an option to give zero, but it's definitely a zero! Read Less

I am not one to normally write reviews but my 2nd experience here was awful.  Let me start by saying I thought I would try them out a few weeks ago as I was given a gift certificate . I went in for a full set acrylic white tip nails... the lady that did my nails was awesome . She was quick, the nails were well done... her name was Lee. There was a man sat beside her the entire time ( manager maybe? anyhow, only male employee there ) trying upsell me throughout the entire service... thankfully Lee was quick and I was out quick.So this brings me to my 2nd visit... I made an appointment for an acrylic fill. Lee wasn't there so they set me up with the male that I spoke about previously.  He has a quick look and said I needed a whole new set!  ( No I didn't... I just needed a fill... been getting my nails done for over 20 years now so I was pretty familiar with the process). From that point on he kept trying to upsell me to solar nails.. gel nails..etc etc... so I sternly stated again that I just wanted my acrylic fill.  He started filing and then proceeded to remove a couple of nails... then a couple more... 5 in total!!  On 2 of them he put new tips then 2 others he just started putting powder and then the 5th he forgot about completely. My hands were a mess...  I questioned him the entire time and he just didn't seem to really know what he was doing. After about 45 minutes of this I told him to stop as I just wasn't comfortable anymore.  I left the salon with 2 cuts... half filed and sharp nails... a couple of tips glued on .. one tip glued on.. then he cut then filed it right into my nail...      but of course...I couldn't leave before I paid him $15 for his time!! Unbelievable!I will NEVER go back there again!  I should have asked to see this guys license .... should not be allowed near anyone's nails.Friends... you have been warned!! Read Less
