For the past months I have been a dedicated patron at this salon. The staffs are always so pleasant and accommodating. If you have to wait, they give an honest wait time. I am not a regular, but I am treated as though I come in weekly. I was a little nervous about the amount of time i had but the girl that did my nails had to be to fasted nail technician I've ever experienced. Not only fast but she didn't skip a beat. Cuticles pushed back and cut, nails cut back, full acrylic fill,slight shape change, and gel polish in a little over 30 Minutes. Decent selection of gel colors. Extremely happy with my nails. This place is awesome! I haven't gotten my nails done this perfect in a while. I forgot my technicians name but she was the owner and since they were busy and she didn't want me to wait long, she did my nails. Ladies, you know how important filing is...NONE of my nails were crooked. Filed to perfection. I'm extremely happy with how they came out and the pricing is pretty good as well. Took my daughter there for the first time. They  filed past her nail onto the skin.  She doesn't have fake nails and they used the electric tool to remove polish.  Didn't seem like the technician was trained.  Service wasn't fantastic either. Read Less

Do not go to this place! Unless if you want to go blind.I had lash extensions done a few times and I was never in discomfort until coming here. They kept getting glue in my eye and there were 2   techs working on me which both kept pulling my natural lashes and poking me with the tools... When I told them each time it hurt they didn't do anything  until one of them poked my eye so hard I started crying so the manager came in. I did not sign up to be someone they can train on...  They were actually charging $90 or more for the service... They both kept saying I was too sensitive in Vietnamese to their manager... Went for a quick pedi with my daughter before a cruise. They were able to fit us in the same day at a time that fit our schedule. Location was clean and well appointed. Nail technicians worked very exact and to the point, not a lot of chit chat which I actually appreciated. It's been a month all nails are still in tact and looking fantastic - both mine and my daughter's. Would definitely recommend! Read Less

The only good thing that I can say about this nail salon is that it's new and everything seems to be professional. Went with a friend to get my original soft gel manicure off and a simple manicure to replace it and it took well over 1.5 hours. My nail tech did not seem happy at all when I told her there were little bubbles on the polish layer. At one point, she raised her voice at me, telling me that it was difficult to attain what I was looking for. I don't know whether she does that to all her clients but that's absolutely unacceptable. I am also paying more to have that specific style and I would have appreciated  at least basic manners. The store owner, an older lady, was within 5 feet when this happened and merely looked up and continued to chat with the other nail techs. If it wasn't for my friend, who was also getting her nails done, I would have stood up and left. If i could put a 0, I would. It costs around the same as most nail salons in Greater Vancouver and it would be best if you went somewhere else. Read Less

My daughter and I were excited to find this nail salon so close to home and both went in yesterday for pedicures.Although it appears very new and tidy and all of their bottles of cleaning fluids were visible, it was obvious their understanding of what to do with them was lacking.To begin, they did not use disposable liners in the foot baths, nor did they physically clean them. They did pour some liquid from an unlabeled bottle into them and run it through quickly. I wateched them do this as my daughter was done before me.I then saw them REUSE an instrument on two different people without washing it or changing the tip. They simply passed it back and forth. Gross, but great if you want nail fungus.The lady doing my daughter's toenails did not wear gloves. During the pedicure she actually paused to put her entire finger way into the back of her mouth to pick food out of her teeth and then went right back to my daughter's feet. I'm not sure what was worse, her touching her mouth after handling feet or touching feet after having her hand in her mouth.The containers of foot scrub were wide open and, although there were spoons, they put their hands directly in them to get product. Yes, this was after the hand in the mouth incident.The cheese grater type instrument they used to file off dead skin was cleaned by swishing around in the USED foot bath and then placed on a rack to dry.To top the experience, when I went to pay the lady who did the hand in the mouth thing now had food stuck to her face. We could barely contain ourselves as we read the sign at the counter that said "Good nails aren't cheap and cheap nails aren't good.Definitely will not return.I am not from a competitor. This is my first visit.it is all clean but that is understandable since they only opened in April 2017. They have very nice quality pedicure chairs. The staff is friendly enough, but a little aloof. They need to interact a little more with a little bit of small talk to make you feel comfortable. The work is good. I'll need to see how long it all lasts.Read Less

I have been here for 2 3 times and I really like it!! I have tried many different nail techs but they are all very great! My nails stayed for at least 3 4 weeks! Really nice nails colors selection as well! Highly recommend Read Less

My girlfriend trusted this place to do her grad nails for this weekend, and ended up unsatisfied with the result, also she ended up getting a cut on her finger from the lady. The nails are uneven as well due to the placement. I know nothing about nails but the gf made me write this. Her experience was not as great as expected as there were many flaws.
