Went to get my eyebrows tinted and waxed the lady did an okay job with tinting a little too dark for my liking. The lady that waxed my eyebrows took way too much off on the right and didnt even bother...
Went to get my eyebrows tinted and waxed the lady did an okay job with tinting a little too dark for my liking. The lady that waxed my eyebrows took way too much off on the right and didnt even bother to tell me or fix it just left it, i hadnt noticed it wasnt even until i left by that point it was too late. Not happy at all. They rude abrupt and lack personal skills. Will never go back to this place.

Horrible. Rude. Ghetto , broken spa chairs. Don't get waxed, they put you up against a walk on a stool to do it ! Nails are lumpy and ugly.

got solar nails done on friday and they were already popping off the night of the lady that did my nails did a poor job cut my skill around my nails using her tools and gave me hang nail, when i called to ask them if they could if them they told me i had to go in the day i called otherwise i had to pay to get my full set of nails redone and to add to that when i called and complained they hung u on me and where rude... would never go back and do not recommend going there one bit, this is not the first time i have had issues at this place..

This salon is horrible is should close down, can't even own up to their own mistakes and blame the customer instead, disgusting and unsanitary, never come here

Terrible. The staff seem like they hate being there. I heard one say "I wish I could retire already". Every time I get my acrylics done they always look terrible, I need to ask to get them shaped well...
Terrible. The staff seem like they hate being there. I heard one say "I wish I could retire already". Every time I get my acrylics done they always look terrible, I need to ask to get them shaped well for them to not be crooked. They paint them terribly, missing the sides. I went to get them filled and one of the nails was cracked and about to fall off, I asked if I could get that redone, instead she just put more powder on top, but it was still cracked, i told her it was gonna crack and it did.

Last week I stopped by their store and asked for help as my cell phone's battery was out. I was lost and had no power. The staff was very nice and courteous and brought their charger and helped me charge my phone. I had gone to two other stores and they didn't help me. Thank you guys :) I really appreciate it.

I will never go back to this place again, even though I live right next door.
Last time I was there I got a pedicure and my nails filled. They did my pedicure first and then my nails. After I was home for at least 45 minutes I noticed one of my toes was messed up. When I touched it the polish was not set (in the past I have screwed up my own nails by not being careful) I touched other toes and had none of them were set.
I went back and showed them and one of the ladies (not Jenny) said it was my fault and that they weren't going to do anything. Ummm NO.
She was screaming something in Vietnamese very loudly to the other employees. I felt like an idiot. They finally agreed to re-do and when I said I wanted a different polish she yelled loudly again. I was very embarrased for something that I didn't even do. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Got my n Nails removed instead of a stick the woman used her fingernail causing me to get an infection where she cut my skin with her nail. Completely ripped layers of nail off they were just more worried about getting the next paying customer in and getting the one that had already paid out very horrible unsanitary rude customer service. I will never go back here and if you would like to waste your money flush your money down the toilet I'd suggest you do that rather than go to K & J Nails.

Terrible experience, I have been there multiple times and every time the staff are always rude. I keep going back as the prices are low, however this will be the LAST time I ever go back. This place is dirty I got a fungus infection under my thumb from their dirty tools. This is so disgusting, please think twice before going here. Makes you wonder why this place is so cheap!!!

Terrible place. DO NOT GO HERE! I brought my 6 yr of daughter for a pedicure and they put a flower on her big toe but did not ask. They tried to charge me for it and when I told them they didn't ask and I shouldn't be charged they charged me the right price but then took my daughter and removed the nail polish on the big toe and repainted it without the flower. The manager then began to get mad at the girl who put the flower on for not asking. They were rude to me and the staff member and made my daughter very upset. I will never go back!

Went to get my eyebrows tinted and waxed the lady did an okay job with tinting a little too dark for my liking. The lady that waxed my eyebrows took way too much off on the right and didnt even bother to tell me or fix it just left it, i hadnt noticed it wasnt even until i left by that point it was too late. Not happy at all. They rude abrupt and lack personal skills. Will never go back to this place.

got solar nails done on friday and they were already popping off the night of the lady that did my nails did a poor job cut my skill around my nails using her tools and gave me hang nail, when i called to ask them if they could if them they told me i had to go in the day i called otherwise i had to pay to get my full set of nails redone and to add to that when i called and complained they hung u on me and where rude... would never go back and do not recommend going there one bit, this is not the first time i have had issues at this place..

Terrible. The staff seem like they hate being there. I heard one say "I wish I could retire already". Every time I get my acrylics done they always look terrible, I need to ask to get them shaped well for them to not be crooked. They paint them terribly, missing the sides. I went to get them filled and one of the nails was cracked and about to fall off, I asked if I could get that redone, instead she just put more powder on top, but it was still cracked, i told her it was gonna crack and it did.

Last week I stopped by their store and asked for help as my cell phone's battery was out. I was lost and had no power. The staff was very nice and courteous and brought their charger and helped me charge my phone. I had gone to two other stores and they didn't help me. Thank you guys :) I really appreciate it.

I will never go back to this place again, even though I live right next door.
Last time I was there I got a pedicure and my nails filled. They did my pedicure first and then my nails. After I was home for at least 45 minutes I noticed one of my toes was messed up. When I touched it the polish was not set (in the past I have screwed up my own nails by not being careful) I touched other toes and had none of them were set.
I went back and showed them and one of the ladies (not Jenny) said it was my fault and that they weren't going to do anything. Ummm NO.

Completely ripped layers of nail off they were just more worried about getting the next paying customer in and getting the one that had already paid out very horrible unsanitary rude customer service. I will never go back here and if you would like to waste your money flush your money down the toilet I'd suggest you do that rather than go to K & J Nails.

Terrible experience, I have been there multiple times and every time the staff are always rude. I keep going back as the prices are low, however this will be the LAST time I ever go back.
