This place had good reviews so I went ahead. Well very unprofessional. I got a mani pedi, the nails were okay, but when the lady was doing my pedicure she clipped my skin. Never, ever again, I had a cut on my toe after and it bled a bit. They should take their time and focus not talking and moving, rushing around. I will never go back. Read Less

This place is probably the best kept secret in the GVRD. I sent my wife their for a pedicure and they did an amazing job from start to finish. Friendly, warm, inviting and very reasonably priced. P.s: for the guys who like their wife/girlfriends feet to be perfect from the nail polish to butter soft soles and at a cost that won't kill you. I would give this place 6 stars if I could. Amazing!! First time visiting this business and I was impressed. The space was very clean and felt large enough to be comfortable during my manicure.  I was greeted by my manicurist Annie who was friendly and provided great conversation.   I am pleased with the results of my nails and would be back again with my partner for a manicure & pedicure. I used to be a regular to this salon but that has now changed.I made an appointment for my girlfriend and I at the same time for me to get a pedi and her a mani. I was 15 min early to the appointment but noticed two women walk in and get seated in the pedi seats which worried me because there were only 3 employees working. I went in so they knew I was there and they wanted me to sit right away but I wanted to wait for my friend to arrive. My friend arrived 3 minutes past our appointment time and they had her sit in the seat next to me "only 5 minutes" which...45 minutes later and I was done and sitting there waiting they had YET to take my friend to get her mani. We stood up to leave as my friend had written it off that she was getting her mani. They kept apologizing and saying that the two ahead of us was actually 1 appointment but she brought a friend. They also kept saying that my friend was late, which was not the case as I was very early and she was 3 minutes late which didn't even matter anyway since she sat there for almost an hour waiting. Why do we, the ones with the actual appointments, have to get screwed over because of incompetence. They reduced my price by $10 (with GST) and kept saying sorry. I'm sorry too, I'm sorry that you lost a regular and my friend. It's not hard to take care of clients and show respect. We made time out of our day and were respectful enough to make an appointment. The ladies in this nail salon are all very friendly and amazing. The salon is kept very clean too. They recommended what color would suit me and voilaaa, my nails look awesome. I went for a gel fill here for my first visit. The first technician who prepped my nails was a bit horrified at the quality of the original work (from another salon). She kept checking to make sure she wasn't causing me any pain as she had to file very close to the cuticle to get the gel smoothed outThe second technician actually applied the gel nails and polish. She seemed to want to talk me into solar nails, telling me they would be sturdier. I told her I wanted to stick with gel for now and she said that was fine. She worked quickly and checked in a lot to make sure I was happy with the length and the shape. She did a great job, especially in comparison to the old work. The biggest difference from the original nails, which I knew now to look for, was that she did a great job applying the gel around the cuticles. Very even and clean looking. The only slightly negative thing was just did nick my cuticles a few times, but nothing I haven't had happen before getting a regular manicure. They are very fast and good at nails and the hand and feet / arm massage was lovely. I have been here a few times. Ladies are nice and friendly and they do a very good job at nails. The prices aren't too bad either. Nice spa clean and organized, they also have a huge selection of different coloured nail polish which is so great. I love also that they take walk in clients. I've never once been told to come back for an appointment and they make room and time for me right away each time I go.I've had my eyebrows waxed and tinted here as well. I have a usual place I go to normally for this so I probably won't get them done again here I'm quite particular about my brows...but I would recommend the pedicure and manicure for sure to anyone looking for somewhere convenient and fast to go to. I would still recommend going here for your nails. The massages afterwards are the best I've ever had for a manicure and pedicure. They really take their time and are careful with everything they do. My first experience at Deluxe Nail and Spa was incredible. I have more often than not felt extremely rushed while at various salons in the Lower Mainland but if you are looking for a relaxed and comfortable environment, Deluxe Nail and Spa is your place! I was lucky enough to have an Organic Luxury Pedicure (highly recommend it! It's like a facial for your legs and feet and the massages..yes more than one!...were awesome!) done by Annie. Annie is so lively and has such a warm personality. I'm generally pretty shy and Annie got me right out of my shell. Honestly, this was the best pedicure I have ever had. I have the worst ingrown toenails and Annie was meticulous and gentle the entire time. I honestly feel like I have new toes. Loved the technician and the overall store cleanliness, but wasn't wild about the staff or the atmosphere. It really bugs me when people do not speak English in public - and no, English is NOT my first language. At one point, one staff member noticed that my technician was doing something extra than what I requested: instead of communicating in a way everybody could understand, they had to yell at each other (bringing in another staff to the mix) before I could understand what was going on. Because I speak in another language and have seen Canadian friends in situations like that, I can relate and I find it VERY awkward.I also believe a smile goes a long way: the lady who greeted me at first and helped me with the payment seemed like she was bothered with the fact that she had to get up and help me. Maybe it was the heat, maybe she wasn't having a good day, I don't know which one it was but I didn't like it. I did like the end product and so I will most likely give it another try... Read Less

Went on an adventure with my bestfriend and her daughter and came across this place and we were really happy to find it. They did an amazing job removing a set of acrylic nails I had done previously from another place that I wasn't really happy with and did a new set that I love. This will be my new spot! Thanks guys!
