Thank-you to Em Salon for saving this bride from a hair trial disaster at another salon in Port and booking me and my bridesmaids in on short notice for my wedding on March 17th, 2018. A special thank-you to Kali for saving the day, literally on Thursday and for styling not only my hair but 2 of my 3 bridesmaids hair on my wedding day, which was also her day off! Incredible customer service. Wonderful ladies, and a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. Thanks again so much to all of you for helping me and my ladies feel beautiful on my wedding day. I will definitely be back to shop and maybe even get my hair cut and coloured the next time I am in Port. All you local girls, this salon is the best!!

It was absolutely amazing! I took my girlfriend here for her first mani/pedi and the staff were amazing! Super friendly and engaging. Even though I waited for the whole duration of her treatment the staff were very engaging with me and made sure I was more then satisfied. The mani/pedi was done brilliantly and my girlfriend loved it! I would highly recommend this spa! It doesn't have the "super relaxed" atmosphere that most would but with all the friendly staff constantly engaging with their guests, it makes for an even better experience. 10/10!

It was absolutely amazing! I took my girlfriend here for her first mani/pedi and the staff were amazing! Super friendly and engaging. Got a cut & colour from Carly and I am extremely happy with the results! It was my first time there and I will absolutely be back. The staff there were super nice and they have an array of products that will suit every persons need. I even received a courtesy call after my appointment to see how satisfied I was (sorry I can't call back, I don't have phone service where I live).... amazing! Here I am praising you! I am very particular with getting manicure, pedicure, and all kind of beauty services, I am in Port for vacation and I was recommended to come to this place and I have to say that I was surprise that when I walk in, the Salon was full, ladies doing their nails, hair, that talks by itself, but when I got my manicure and massage I knew I was on the right place.!!! I highly recommend Ileane!!

I have been a client of Michelle's for years, from the old location to this new one at EM where "Everyone Matters" they really walk the walk not just talk the talk. From the time you arrive until you leave you are made to feel special and appreciated. This is a great team of ladies and they are always willing to try to accommodate you. All of my wedding party attended the old location and were well taken care of and I enjoyed a whole spa day with my wonderful mother in law for mothers day at this current location, I seriously do not have one complaint. Ok maybe just one....I wish I could go there every week :) Thank you ladies for always making my visits special and pleasant. <3

Thank-you to Em Salon for saving this bride from a hair trial disaster at another salon in Port and booking me and my bridesmaids in on short notice for my wedding on March 17th, 2018. I have been a client of Michelle's for years, from the old location to this new one at EM where "Everyone Matters" they really walk the walk not just talk the talk.
