got my nails done there on super short notice which was awesome! they fit me in promptly when i needed it most. they said i could get free fix for broken nails within the first two weeks, the nails looked awesome. then day one two nails had broken off from simple tasks such as hanging clothes or washing my hair?? i called twice as they were closed over the long weekend and by the end of the weekend i broke 5 nails! then looking at the 5 i had left i notice they were a fair amount thicker and stronger than the ones that had broken which is obviously a reason they broke, i never got a call back to even get an appointment to get the ones that had broken fixed, very unprofessional Read Less

In mid February I went into shop with my daughter to book her appointment to get her ears done for her birthday (appt was March 25th). Come appointment day, I take my very excited daughter to her appointment to be greeted with 2 very confused workers. Apparently owner was busy. And no one else was there to do piercing. Which is confusing because when I booked appt I requested that 2 people pierce ears at same time and it was ok'd. I get that stuff comes up. But does no one look at schedule to see what appointments are happening that day? I was promised that I would get a call when owner, still nothing. Very disappointing! Zero customers service skills. Good job on my hair, I had it chemically straightened!!!best did it twice now....no complaints on her work at all..great job!!!But I was told if come back to this place again to do my hair the price would be 180$...I was charged 262$, I say something to owner donna, she said she would give me back 50$,then calls me back 5 mins later, and says she checked around and that was price. ..and she wasn't nice about it, and said that she wouldn't give me any money back...she said that she could give me a discount on products, sorry but I don't buy my products there!!!I won't go back this place that simple reason!!!
