Went for a pedicure today. Won’t be back. Reasons: unsanitary conditions, ie doubt cleanliness of tools used. I met 2 friends and was a tad behind, I went to the back where the 4 massage chairs were and my friends were there. I went to the 3rd chair and sat down. The massage chair was not working properly which is one of the reasons I love to go for a pedicure!! The fourth chair was empty but the Basin of water full and sat like that for 45 min until another lady sat down. They just topped it off to warm it up but I doubt that helped to bring up the temperature. I’m surprised it was so busy because it is not clean in there. Read Less

I'm incredibly disappointed today after my manicure/pedicure APPOINTMENT. I have put the word in capitals because I booked my appointment for 4:30pm and I sat with my feet in water for over half an hour at the very back of the salon. As I sat there, I spotted a used bandaid on the floor next to my seat and toenails, dead skin and dirt on the floor too. Eventually, one nail technician started on my toes, then another girl came over to remove my finger nail colour. Sat there some more time before another girl came over to start soaking my finger nails. I had to twist around for her to reach my other hand as the foot spas are jammed in like sardines. Then my toes were finished and she set up the fan to dry. The other girl doing my manicure decided to move me over to the table to do my finger nails so she told me to walk across the dirty floor, hopping over the bandaid and trying not to think about all the dirt sticking to my clean feet. She laid a clean towel on the floor!!! No point by that time, my feet were dirty. I finally insisted on leaving at 6:10 pm, and I won't be going back there which is too bad cause I'm a good client, leaving good tips and being patient but never again. Read Less

Honestly, I read the two poor reviews on here and I find them extremely hard to believe... Ty and his team are absolutely fantastic and deliver amazing customer service!!! When you get there, they offer you a bottle of water and instantly treat you like gold.The prices are incredibly reasonable and Ty knows just about all of his customers names by heart. He does an amazing job, i've never had any issues with my nails breaking prematurely or chipping. I've been to a LOT of nail salons and Starlite is definitely my #1 choice. Starlight is the only nail spot I'll go to. They're always consistent on quality of craftsmanship. They'll greet you with a smile and I'm always amazed how they remember everyone's names! When I get my nails done, I'm particular about how I like them, and always happy with the result. My nails are long and strong, and even hold up in my construction job. Absolutely love this place!! All the workers are extremely nice and the salon itself gives off such a positive and comfortable vibe. I always go here to get my nails done and never leave unsatisfied, always happy and love my nails. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
