First visit today and my last.  Booked a pedicure for myself and mani pedi for my daughter.  My esthetician  did not introduce herself or say hello.  She did not speak a word to me other than to show complete disappointment that I had shellac to be removed. Which I always mention and have reapplied when I make a booking.  It became so uncomfortable that I asked if it was a problem.  No she replied it just means I have to remove it.  As she proceeded to remove the shellac she then asked where I had it done.  She muttered something that I couldn't hear so I said sorry? The other very friendly esthetician said that it's just a different shellac and hard to remove.  Not feeling relaxed or enjoying the application at all.  I did get to enjoy the conversation the other esthetician constantly initiated with my daughter and included me in on occasion as well.   I was asked what color I had chosen I explained two, a solid with a glitter overtop and handed them to her.  She held up the glitter and confirmed I only wanted the glitter? Costumer service was a bust. Went for a simple wash and style and it seemed I had received the person who doesn't like to style and felt very uncomfortable. There was no talking between us the whole appointment, even after I said I would like to consult about a colour service. I mentioned I liked some of the products being used and would have bought 1 or 2 if she would have explained what it was for. Sorry, but the lack of customer service turned me off from going back. It had my haircut at body and soul by a number of the stylists and I have always left with an amazing haircut and a smile on my face.I have also had a number of massages. I have been treated like a king, leaving this salon walking on air.I highly recommend both services for the fun and professionalism they offer :-) Read Less

Great manicures and hair stylist, but makeup job was average. Wedding day and waterproof mascara was not used. very disappointed, as I laterally  lost a clump of mascara and interrupted vows as I could not see due to tears. Other than this though the place was helpful and accommodating to schedule. Just verify type of make up being used. Read Less

The stylists name is Karen I asked for an A line reverse bob and got the worst haircut of my life.  I have booked another appointment there, with a different stylist for them to fix it.  We'll see how it goes. Read Less
