To new customers and clientele I wouldn't recommend this nail spa. Today marked my first visit ever, refered by a coworker I decided to try it out. I must say they were welcoming as I walked in. The first nail technician who completed my pedicure was a very sweet young girl. But the girl who ended up painting a very pretty design on my toes was indeed otherwise. She seemed to take an attitude with me from the get go...I almost sensed she didn't want to do the design I requested. I ignored her negative energy and tried my best to enjoy what was supposed to be relaxing. At the end of the session as this particular girl stood up after completing my nail design said under her breath. ...Call Next Time! I almost said there won't be a next time. I paid over what I typically pay for the same exact service and then some at Seymour Nail Spa ($28) including pedicure...leg massage...massage chairs...nail design etc...today with tip paid $41. Not happy with the customer service I received from this one girl. Here's hoping future customers don't receive the same rudeness I did. Good luck! Read Less

I love this place! A local small business with plenty of charm and the staff are just so wonderful and kind. They do a wonderful job of mani and pedicures. I highly recommend this place but remember no massage chairs and such here ... I you'll get a killer foot massage from your esthetician.Read Less

Kim is great. Prices are very good. Always on time. I had someone else one time that was not as good as Kim. Hanna is very good too. The place is not high end but convenient and cost effective. Parking is easy. 1hr parking spots by the street and since she is always on time you can park in those spots. Give this place a try. Wont be disappointed:) Read Less

Honestly. This place is so small I don't know how they can work in such a small area. I've read the reviews before going and heard about Kim but I didn't get her. The lady who did my nails seemed very unprepared, as if it was one of her first times. The design I wanted came out better than I wanted but the actual manicure was terrible. The nails were incredibly thick, so uneven. Slanted and different sizes. She scraped a middle part off my nail off too and it's been hurting since.Read Less
