Hello everyone,
I recently visited this nail salon about a week or so ago and was able to walk in and get my service right away that part was the only good part. Let me just start with the prices, they were very reasonable and that is what enticed me to go here. However they were only 3 people working and the tools were very dirty they didn't speak any English so was very hard to communicate the polish selection was horrible and they seemed very old. On top of that one other client was getting 1 nail fixed and it took over an hour and the lady kept accepting people and proving other services even though she had a Client in her chair. The quality of the work was mediocure and seemed like all they saw were $$ and therefore I felt the service was rushed and half ass. In all the prices are great but the manicure / pedicure itself didn't look good and the nail shape were not consistent at all. Also one of the employees was talking bad about another client once she left to her new client which I though was distasteful and rude. I would rate this a -1 and won't ever be going back , although they have good reviews which is why I went In the first place , the quality and expirence spoke for itself #unsatisfied

Beautiful nails done by Michael. I called at the end of the day for the first time and requested Michael(a referral from a friend) and I was needing a new full set but he was leaving in the next 20 mins. He was kind enough to stay and take me on as a new client. Took his time, we had great conversation and some laughs. I will be back from now on and passing onto to all my friends about Michael Action!💅

I got acrylics done and they look amazing. If you plan on going there soon I would definitely recommend you request for Micheal to do your nails he is so good and so sweet.

Love this place! Walked in. No appointment. Had to wait about 15 mins but well worth it

This place is the worst! When me and my daughter arrived at the salon, I told her to ask the lady how much it cost to do our nails together. The lady said, "Around 60 dollars. But I don't think you can afford it." My daughters heart sank. I don't get it. Why did she have to assume? If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. I'm warning you, don't ever go to Pamper Nail's salon. Your not just getting bad service, your also getting rude behaviors from the workers. I HATE PAMPER NAIL'S SALON.

Went as a walk-in, and was under impressed with customer service and their quality of work.The staff were all speaking in another language, while trying to handle more customers than they realistically could handle - causing me and others to keep waiting while they ran back and forth. The lady doing my nails was so distracted and kept walking away without telling me how long she would be etc. and I'd just be sitting there.I ended up just having my shellac polish removed, and a very simple manicure because I felt uneasy having this lady do a full shellac mani for me. When I got home I noticed there are still small amounts of shellac on my nails that she didn't get off, and they were filed unevenly. Full disclosure: I have very high standards when it comes to getting my nails done and having them be evenly shaped and perfectly polished. If you're just looking for a super casual salon to do basic things, you'd probable be fine here... or if you're in a pinch.. but the quality isn't there.

Staff were not friendly at all. My appointment for mani/ pedicure not made so staff seemed annoyed - lots of talking between themselves. Polish was very watery indicating that they are diluting the polish. Chairs old, cracked vinyl. I ended up leaving - no comparison to other places on the North Shore for the same price!

They must have changed their tune since the bad reviews because they were nothing but friendly when I went in. They were busy but they accepted me right away for shellac, the lady doing my nails was very sweet and happily helped me pick a different colour when i realized the pink I chose was too "bubble gummy" hehe.Decent prices, would go back again. Happiest I've been with a manicure in a while!

I have gone here for years. Â Has gotten much better as they now have staff who has been there for awhile (used to be like revolving door and, other than the owner, you got different people all the time). My 3 complaints: don't like them speaking to each other so I can't understand them, especially when I'm the only one in the salon who doesn't know what they are saying. Â Just rude! #2: they need to clean!!! Dust the friggin' cabinet with the tanning lotion in it!! Especially when, and this is #3: staff is sleeping in the chairs! Â I still go there but just needs some TLC!!!

You can get fully pampered for around $100 great option for regular maintenance. Staff are friendly and they accept customers with out reservations and much wait time.

Terrible. I went in to remove my shellac and just get regular nail polish painted to replace it, and she did a horrible job. After telling her I didn't want to change the shape of my nails, she filed them into squares. Not to mention that half of them are filed crooked. And don't even get me started on the actual nail polish! I could do a better job myself, and she's supposed to be a professional. Also ignored me for about 20 minutes while starting on someone else's pedicure. I'm never going back, it was just an all-around awful experience.

Hello everyone,
I recently visited this nail salon about a week or so ago and was able to walk in and get my service right away that part was the only good part. Let me just start with the prices, they were very reasonable and that is what enticed me to go here. However they were only 3 people working and the tools were very dirty they didn't speak any English so was very hard to communicate the polish selection was horrible and they seemed very old. On top of that one other client was getting 1 nail fixed and it took over an hour and the lady kept accepting people and proving other services even though she had a Client in her chair. The quality of the work was mediocure and seemed like all they saw were $$ and therefore I felt the service was rushed and half ass. They must have changed their tune since the bad reviews because they were nothing but friendly when I went in. Â Has gotten much better as they now have staff who has been there for awhile (used to be like revolving door and, other than the owner, you got different people all the time). Terrible. I went in to remove my shellac and just get regular nail polish painted to replace it, and she did a horrible job.
