I have been here on two occasions about 7 months apart. And the second time... well... it wasn't as good or pleasant. I should've made an appointment & that's my #1 suggestion for anyone. Now I went in to get my acrylic nails removed & it was the worst nail removal experience I've ever had. I walked out with the skin of my fingers bloody & raw because they were buffed so harshly after I had said it hurts. It feels like they were rushing.I know I made the mistake of walking in without & appointment & I'm thinking if I had... my experience would've been different.It took two days for the redness to go away. Just had the worst salon experience ever. My manicurist was unfriendly, impatient and very rude. She kept telling me off for not holding my hands correctly?! I told her I'd prefer to go somewhere else if she felt that she couldn't do my manicure, to which she replied she needs to make money, so she'd finish it! She didn't converse with me, smile or make any effort to make conversation, despite the silent and empty salon. When I left (without leaving a tip) I told her she was rude and I will never go back there again. She just smirked at me as I left. Disgusting customer service. The manicure was at best, basic. The service completely over exceeded my expectations. I got a pedicure done and it was the best service I have ever had. They take their time and are very detail oriented. Every little piece of dead skin was removed, my feet feel super soft and my nails beautiful. I got a massage from my toes to my knees, foot wax treatment etc etc... all included in a pedicure! I am usually very critical with aesthetic services but this was the best experience. Super friendly staff and they treat you so well! I was even treated past their regular opening hours! Had my nails done here and they were fine but went back for a pedicure before my sisters wedding and they told me to come back at the end of the day they would squeeze me in. I waited around the area and came back and they had taken someone else. Extremely disappointed after waiting around and being promised to be fit in. Not good business practice. Read Less

Not impressed at all... first time I came there, they took about 2 or more hours for manicure and for  applying gel color. She did somewhat a decent job though, and nails lasted for more than 2-3 weeks. After awhile I decided to come there again..big mistake!! As soon as one of the ladies started doing manicure, I realized she doesn't know how to do it properly, missed so many spots on my cuticular, and didn't do a good job shaping my nails. I was trying to tell her that and explain, but I don't think she really understood me as her English wasn't that good. After looking at my first hand I decided that I'm not applying color here because it will probably be very a bad quality one. I let her finish "manicure", paid and left. Not only would I never recommend this salon, I would specifically tell people not to go. I had my nails done last week, and although they said it would take 40 minutes, it took over 2 hours. 1 full hour was spent on filing my nails. I thought at least they're thorough, but after only one week the polish is peeling off. I went to get it removed well before they closed for the day, but the lady working refused and said they were closed. Their sign outside said otherwise. This was a terrible salon. Read Less

Not only would I never recommend this salon, I want to specifically tell people not to go. I went to get my nails done one week ago, and the process took over two hours. They told me that it would only take 40 minutes, but then spent an entire hour just filing my nails (which still were uneven). I have never seen someone work so slowly. After only one week, the polish has peeled off of multiple fingers, which made me go in for a removal. I would have gone elsewhere, but was strapped for time and it's on my way home from work. I also wanted them to know that the job only lasted a week, and that I was not impressed. I arrived an hour before their closing time, yet when I asked to get the polish removed the lady working told me "no" and said they were closed. They absolutely were still open. My  first time in this salon.  First note...a messy place.  Secondly, I have never sat with such toxic fumes.  Plus, the lady, while working on my nails, checked her cell messages and made a phone call with her free hand.  She did not know where supplies were in her section.  I noticed after she began my nails, that her nails were dirty and she was not wearing gloves.   It was not a relaxing time... TV was on and a young boy was asking many questions to customers.  He was also the one who barely cleaned a recliner chair after a customer was finished getting a manicure.  I would not return to this salon.
