The worst place I've ever had my nails done, 3 of my nails glued on crooked because the man (one probably doesn't have a license) was to lazy to find the right one that fit my nail! He cut my cuticles without apologizing!!!! Is had been 6 days and most of my Acrylic nails have fallen off already (when they are supposed to last 3 to 4 weeks ) .... after I called to see what they could do for me... I have only been to this place once and that was more than enough for me to never go back! I only went there because I needed to remove my Acrylic polish removed and reshape my nails. The guy who started to work on my nails was so unproffesional, rude and rough with my nails (he even cut my cuticles which makes me bleed and didn't even bother to apologize or sanitize ). he didn't even get the job done and I had to go back home and file my nails myself since he left them so rough and sharp! really really poor service! maybe the rest of the staff provide better service quality, but this guy(which I realized from other reviews as well) for sure doesn't. Wish I had read these before I went, but was confident in the reviews of many people I know who go there. I also ended up with the man (for a pedicure); he was very rough, never once made eye contact or conversation with me, and instead of the massage just leaned his hands on my legs while watching the game on the tv. When I moved my legs after being uncomfortable with the position for so long, he immediately grabbed my sandals and put them on (halfway through the treatment). The lady saw what he'd done and they got into an argument, then he snapped at me that I kept moving my legs back. He re did the massage but by this time I was in tears and felt paralyzed even though I wanted to leave. The lady gave me a 10% discount and apologized but I will never go there again. He was so angry and so rude. I would have been happier to sit and wait an hour for one of the women than experience that. Read Less

I dropped in without an appointment. The man who did my manicure was AWFUL and made my cuticles bleed. I asked him to stop but he just covered the cuts with glue. He kept using his long thumbnail as a tool on my nails. Really unsanitary. I will never return Read Less

I love this place! I got my nails done here before my bridal shower because I was in a big hurry and decided to try them out. They got me in quickly and did a great job on my nails! I was so happy. The prices were quite decent too, although not entirely cheap. I've gone back a couple times to get them filled and re-done. My acrylic set lasted 3 weeks. Love it! I won't go anywhere else now. Businesses, salons not excluded, are only as gpod as their people. i.used tongonto Long's Nails to a lady named Susan, who gave nothing less than a perfect pedicure. perfection.   Then she moved. Not salons, countries. I was crushed. I kept going back thinking I could get someone as good. Boy was I wrong. I had a man do my pedicure. the same one I saw during previous visits eating noodles noisily while watching a game on the tv that I stupidly thought was.for patrons. he was trimming my cuticles and apparently found the attention span required to complete the pedicure too long, and decided it was a good.idea to look around at people or watch the game instead of concentrating onthe razor sharp tool he was using on my tender skin. Shockingly he cut my skin and I started to bleed.   he seemed surprised. he poured alcohol over the cut and apologized. I nevet returned and suggest you don't bother risking your health. I miss Susan and am still looking for that new fave place.that cleans under the nailbed, is careful and courteous, and paints polish with the precision of a surgeon.  this place is a chop shop that lets their young child stay in the salon all day inhaling gel nail fumes. unbeleivable.
