My first two visits were great and Sam did the best job of French Manicure even on my short nails! He is wonderful at nail art too. The third visit was worst in service, job and professionalism. The lady attending did not quite care to take care of rough skins, rushed through the process and did a lousy job on manicure. I was disappointed with her work and declined my initial decision for shellac on hands. She even refused the nail art saying she does not know how or know anyone who can do for me. I was surprised by the reply. Then she mentioned my nails were short for art. Oh, really? I had an art with diamond on it on nails way shorter than these last time!
There is no way I am coming back unless there is Sam attending my mani-pedi!

Worse pedicure ever. While waiting for my toe nails to dry i noticed both my heels looks dry. I checked and both were extremely rough. I questioned the young lady who had done my pedi about it and she shrugged and said I needed to put some cream on them. Then asked if I would like her smooth them for me. Aww yes!? After spending about 2 min on smoothing them & then using cuticle scissors on them?? She was done. They are still rough and had to use a file myself at home the following day. Not impressed & definetly not returning!

Defiantly 5 stars for the quality and overall look of the nails I got a full set of gel last week and it was hard to choose a colour with all the AMAZING choices of colours they have I ended up getting 3 different colours with 4 fingers bejewelled nails and I like that they actually use two different machines one for drying the jewels and one for drying the polish :) it's been about a week and they still look great and all the jewels are perfectly in place, also the staff is very friendly

Best Nails in lower Mainland ! Sam is great, nails last the longest and they do not chip. I highly recommend it, I never go elsewhere !

This salon is amazing ! The owner and all the staff are so professional and the work is unbelievable! I got a full set acrylic got it done by the owner in under an hour! None of my nails lifted or broke in 4 weeks !! I totally recommend this salon. I will always go here for my nails no where else!

I had a terrible experience today. During my pedicure the staff filed my feet raw to the point it was bleeding. It was very painful and have never experienced such roughness. Even tonight my feet are sore.
The staff's English was very poor and I found it very hard to understand her. They set me on my way before the paint had really dried and I had to come back to have several nails redone. Even having them redone the paint job was not smooth. I was not going to go back as it was clear they are not cable of doing a job.
I will NEVER go back again.

I love that they massage your legs and use hot stones too!My only one critique is that the girl did not use the scraper on the bottom of my heel... and I definitely needed that haha (office worker wearing heels lots)Still worth 5 stars though :)

It's been a long time now since I've been to Flexi-Nails. I understand it now has new owners, so that is likely a good thing.I had been going there quite faithfully for my "supposed" gel nails - only to find out from another salon that the tips of my nails were not gel, they were acrylic. That bit of acrylic caused dark spots on my nails to make them look like I had some kind of infection.I now go to ONLY En Vogue nails on 6th Street. They truly are the BEST!! Don't hesitate, call them.

This place is a joke. It's under new management. They make you wait 30 minutes even with an appointment. And charge you $3 extra for using 2 different colours of nail polishes. They also don't say thank you when you tip, probably because they are too busy screaming and yelling at each other. I'll never go back.

I recently went to Flexi Nails, for a manicure pedicure.I have tried a few other places but was not really happy with the outcome, to say the least. I found this place to be one of the best, not only did my hands and feet look and feel great, but the people their are friendly and attentive. The place is very spacious and the atmosphere was very relaxing.Oh ya unlike some places who have the message chairs and never turn them on they actually turn them on here so you can ENJOY!!

Was very satisfied with my pedicure. Close to home and within walking distance to other shopsin uptown New West. Went for the 2 pedis for $45 + tax. Clean and bright.

My first two visits were great and Sam did the best job of French Manicure even on my short nails! He is wonderful at nail art too. The third visit was worst in service, job and professionalism. The lady attending did not quite care to take care of rough skins, rushed through the process and did a lousy job on manicure. I was disappointed with her work and declined my initial decision for shellac on hands. She even refused the nail art saying she does not know how or know anyone who can do for me. There is no way I am coming back unless there is Sam attending my mani-pedi!

Worse pedicure ever. While waiting for my toe nails to dry i noticed both my heels looks dry. I checked and both were extremely rough. I had a terrible experience today. During my pedicure the staff filed my feet raw to the point it was bleeding. It was very painful and have never experienced such roughness. Even tonight my feet are sore.
