I have visited about 10 times over the past two years, mainly for pedicures, and continue to return. I can usually get in without booking ahead, but if you have no time to wait, I recommend booking ahead. Generally, I have been very pleased with the quality of pedicures and the experience at the salon. My pedicures can last up to 4-5 weeks if I'm careful! No quality concerns there. The ladies are always polite but not overly friendly/chatty - perhaps due to language barrier or exhaustion, not sure. A few super nit-picky constructive comments: I'd like to see a greater selection of O.P.I. polish colours. As well, they could use the electric sander tools other salons use that really exfoliate efficiently (the job they do by hand is 8.5/10, so little to complain about, really). They could also offer a selection of magazines as other salons do, as clients are often there upwards of an hour. Finally, I have visited other salons that do a spray treatment to help the polish dry faster, as well as a multi-person mani and pedi drying machine you sit at that also accelerates drying. For quality, speed, price and convenience, I will continue to return to Chi Nails. Read Less

My daughter & I have been getting Pedi's at Chi Nails almost once a month for over a year Use to be good, then noticed the service was slipping. last time we were both in and out in 20-25 minutes.Didn't touch our heels, hardly did our cuticles, a few minute massage, rubbed the rocks up and down are legs a few times and painted our nails not that well. I walked into Chi NailS for the first time today for a shellac manicure. Unlike my previous experiences in nail salons, there was no over-whelming smell of nail polish remover, which my lungs were so thankful for, and it was very clean. The staff was very kind and accommodating (they let me run next door and get a smoothie before my appointment) and my nail tech, Lee, was really nice and did a fantasic job on my nails. The price was also very affordable at $30, and the extra $5 for the wonderful art work Lee did on my ring fingers was well worth it. I highly reccomend Chi NailS. :) Read Less

Pretty good service and a nice clean place. However my feet were very cracked and hard on the bottoms and she didn't remove the dead skin properly the first time so I did have to ask again. The only reason I went in for a pedicure was because I wanted dead skin removed and I feel as if my nail tech could have done a better job. Read Less

The ONLY place I'll go to get my nails done. Katie is amazing! But everyone there is so great at what they do. I've never been to a nail salon that spends a solid 15 minutes on massage during a pedicure in addition to exfoliation and hot stone treatment after the massage. They also have a dedicated receptionist at the front for booking appointments which is nice because I can't stand when you get yelled at by a tech whos already doing someines nails from across the room when you walk through the door as has happened so many times in the past.
