I am.not sure why ppl are rating it low but i think this salon is not only cheap in mani pedi but we are talking about professionals here. Worst haircut I've ever had. Not a place to go if your looking for a men's haircut. Sally, the person doing my hair out absolutely no effort into it. Completly ruined it. The only place I get my spa mani + pedi! Can't beat the price. The service is always good. The quality ranges though, sometimes they're great, sometimes they're alright! Depends on the person who does my nails. I've gotten a trim and eyebrow threading from them as well. The haircut was great but I don't think the lady who did it works there anymore. ): And not my favourite eyebrow threading I've ever gotten! Only negative I have is that I came in once after transitting 30mins with a 10am appointment for a haircut and once I got there they said the main girl who could do it had to go home sick and they had no replacement. Awful! Worst place in Metro Vancouver! No customer service skills at all. Don’t waste your money. I was called 50 min before my appt to confirm it, which I thought was weird. There are 2 nail techs here. One is nice and seems to do a good job. The one I had was rude from the start, and didn’t seem to care. I said I wanted really thin, almond shaped nails, not too long. I ended up with sloppy, thick, weird shaped nails. I wasn’t happy when I was leaving but was in a hurry and paid and left. I went back 2 days later (would’ve returned sooner if possible) and said I wasn’t happy with them, and they weren’t what I wanted, and was hoping she could remove or fix them. The girl said she would call me to book something as she was fully booked that day and she didn’t have her appt book, it was at home. She didn’t call me. So the next business day I called her. She was extremely rude, and said she wouldn’t be removing them or giving me a refund but I could tell my friends about it. She also tried to say she spent so much extra time on my nails, 2 hours, which was not at all true. My appt was at 2 and she started late and my debit receipt was printed at 3:18pm. And she made me wait 10 min after my nails were done, before I paid, while she was doing something in the back. Don't go here! Read Less

Went there a week ago to have a pedicure. Worst one I've ever had. I should have just walked out. I kept asking the young girl if she knew what she was doing. Needless to say I had to get another one this week by someone that did know what they were doing. Will never step foot in that place again Read Less

If I could give zero stars I would. I went to the new Edmonds location as I was referred by my man's mother. Worst experience of my life. I was booked for a mani pedi. Arrived and two techs started on my hands and toesies. Both ladies were very young. The girl doing my mani had NO idea what she was doing. She filed my nails down way too far until she eas filing skin. I asked her if she had done a mani before she said yes. I dont believe this for a second. I asked her to stop as she was hurting me at this point. said thank you but i would just get a pedi. The girl doing my pedi advised that the other yound lady as he4 friend, had been working for 4 days and wasnt supposed to be doing nails. Pedi seems to be going fine, tech fixed the nail shaping on my hands and applies nail envy. She also apologized for the mani screw up. Pedi finished, she sprays some kind of drying agent and thats it. I ask if she will do top coat she says that was the top coat. Im about to be late for my own birthday brunch at this point. I go to put my sandals on and the polish smudges as its not dry. She doesnt wipe off and fix the nail just polishes over when i ask her to finish. I dont have time to wait now. I go to till where the owner helps me and tells me i am being charged for a mani and pedi. I ask her if my nails look manicured and she gets an attitude and says nothing here is free, you got your nails filed and polished. This goes on for almost 10 minutes... me being told I owe for a mani and pedi even after the nice tech who did my pedi explains to her what happened and that i shouldnt have to pay. I paid her for the pedi and tipped the young woman who did my pedi. I told the owner that she needs to learn how to run a business and how to treat customers and that this was an awful first impression after being referred here. There was a follow up call later that day regarding my appointment and the owner hung up during the call.DO NOT GO HERE! They would treat their customers and staff better if they actually needed the money. I was shocked at the way she spoke to her staff. Horrible experience. Read Less

Only tried the nail services but I love going here. Good music, cute place, they all speak English so communication is good. They keep up to date with trends always have the nice jewels and can pretty much do whatever you ask for. Prices are reasonable for what they offer as well. Read Less

Booked an appointment to have my eyelashes tinted on my lunch break from work. Booked the appointment for 12pm. Was greeted and asked what I was there for...told them i had an appt. to have my eyelashes tinted. Was told to take a seat. 20 minutes later someone came up to me asking what I was there for...told them again and was advised that the lady who does eye lash tinting wasn't in today. Best place for lash extentions and nails. I haven't tried their other services. But I travel from langley to get my lashes and nails done here. I always ask for Amanda. Can be a bit pricey (mainly for lashes, but she does a beautiful job)Read Less

Just went in for a manicure and had a wonderful experience. Fara did my nails and she did an amazing job. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and recommended a good nail shape for me while growing out my nails, and advised on how I could prevent breakage. The price was so good too! Just $24 including tax for a manicure with 2 gem add ons. The decor is really cute, and the place is somewhat small which I actually like because its not loud or crowded. I'm defs going to come back to get a mani or pedi with my sister. For the price and the quality you really can't go wrong with Apex's nail services. Read Less

I went there on a whim as it was my first time getting my nails done & I loved it! I got an acrylic stiletto set & left extremely happy. The staff were pleasant, talkative, & very informative. Would definitely be recommend! Read Less
