Not impressed. As a certified podologist refered my husband for orthotics nearly 3 months ago. Keep getting bills for them but we have no ortotics? Ive gone back 3 times but there is nothing ready? 3 months? Ya the mans personal but 3 months of invoices? 3 month of neglect not cool! Read Less

When the practice was in Sechelt I was very happy with the service. However I went to the Nanaimo office to get my orthotics adjusted. That was a month ago. Dr. Zanbilowicz promised to mail them to me when they were done. I have been trying to get them for two weeks but no one at Brickyard Medical will send them to me. I have spoken to so many people and am given a different story every time. I am so stressed and frustrated , not to mention the physical pain I am in. I have left messages for the doctor but no calls are returned. I paid for my orthotics and I want them back! Read Less
