Booked an appt here last summer with a friend. A couple days before the day, they called and asked if we could move one of the appts a bit later to accommodate a bridal party. I said it was no problem as long as my friend and I could still sit together. The day of, everything was running behind because of the bridal party. Our appointments were delayed, then rushed, and we didn’t get to sit together until the last 20 minutes after the big bridal party has left. There also wasn’t any time to add gems to my nails and there were a couple imperfections that drove me crazy during my honeymoon. Oh, that’s right, I was there because I was getting married the next day too. The ladies were polite and professional, overall, but it definitely wasn’t the special, fun or “high star reviews” experience I was hoping for, basically because the bigger group was given all the time and attention. I have been going to this nail salon since the day it opened, The staff here are very sweet, funny and kind, the service is above and beyond. My nails are long and take a bit more time, I've never felt rushed or that I was an inconvenience to any of the technicians that have done them. The ladies on staff are all very good at what they do, they bounce ideas off each other and get along well with each other and their clients. The owner has created an environment that is warm and friendly and a lot of fun to spend a couple of hours in. I have never had a bad set of nails from the Nail Lounge, and if I do manage to break one someone has always fixed it for me within a day or two. After doing my research and finding many places that really sucked... I found this heavenly spot! I fly home from work out if province, just to make sure I can get my nails taken care of here. Natural or acrylics, I like their style.It's a pretty salon and always super clean. The girls are nice and funny. No catty bs.  These girls are well trained and very talented. They care about their work and my appointments never go over an hours. The owner keeps a tight ship and it is obvious the she is all about quality control. I've always left feeling like a million bucks. Thanks ladies! Ps.
