Lovely salon and atmosphere. My pedicure left me feeling quite disappointed, unfortunately.
My pedicurist was unable to hold a casual conversation and avoided eye contact for the whole treatment.
I tried to break the ice and ask her questions but I got short, quick answers and no questions back.
She looked out the window during the whole massage portion and the massage was very boring, the same up and down motion the whole time. I was looking forward to the massage more than anything as my feet are very sore and tired from work. I paid half a days’s wages for a ho-hum, robotic experience which I cannot afford to find somewhere else now. And my callouses feel just as thick, cracked and sore as they did before treatment. Sorry, but there is a ton of room for improvement there. I’d mention the particular pedicurist but she didn’t even tell me her name. Sad experience al around and I won’t be back.

I booked myself in for their Be Beautiful Spa package (spa manicure, spa pedicure, facial) and was not disappointed! Erin took such great care of me, everything was relaxing, professional and on time! I an extremely pleased with the results and my experience and will absolutely be booking with them again. The rooms are clean, beautiful, their products are amazing and the staff is so friendly and accomidating. I can't recommend them enough!

Megan is so awesome! On super short notice and a full schedule of clients, she managed to squeeze me in for a manicure and did an amazing job! Super impressed and will definitely be returning:)

Although the girl was very nice, the skin around my toes is all raw and cut up from her filing my nails too hard and filing the skin as well. Most of my nails are only partially covered in polish and ...
Although the girl was very nice, the skin around my toes is all raw and cut up from her filing my nails too hard and filing the skin as well. Most of my nails are only partially covered in polish and not evenly cut. For 55 dollars I expected a lot more, especially since I'll have to just redo them now.

I came here to get eyelash extensions done by Megan, she did an amazing job! I had gone to get them done someplace else in Vancouver and had a terrible allergic reaction, but here Megan used a glue that is very gentle and has caused no sensitivity on my eyes, and they look amazing! She is super friendly and makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable! Great experience and I will definitely be back.

Best hair salon I have ever been to - used to think getting my hair done was a chore, now I actually enjoy it! I really appreciate their natural approach - as someone who tries to avoid toxins and chemicals, it's been tough to find a salon that matches my values. And Coel is absolutely wonderful - she has really helped me figure out my hard to style hair and does an amazing job with it. Can't recommend this salon enough!

Lovely salon and atmosphere. My pedicure left me feeling quite disappointed, unfortunately.
My pedicurist was unable to hold a casual conversation and avoided eye contact for the whole treatment.
I tried to break the ice and ask her questions but I got short, quick answers and no questions back.

Erin took such great care of me, everything was relaxing, professional and on time! I an extremely pleased with the results and my experience and will absolutely be booking with them again. The rooms are clean, beautiful, their products are amazing and the staff is so friendly and accomidating. I can't recommend them enough!

Although the girl was very nice, the skin around my toes is all raw and cut up from her filing my nails too hard and filing the skin as well. I came here to get eyelash extensions done by Megan, she did an amazing job! I had gone to get them done someplace else in Vancouver and had a terrible allergic reaction, but here Megan used a glue that is very gentle and has caused no sensitivity on my eyes, and they look amazing! She is super friendly and makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable! Great experience and I will definitely be back.

Best hair salon I have ever been to - used to think getting my hair done was a chore, now I actually enjoy it! I really appreciate their natural approach - as someone who tries to avoid toxins and chemicals, it's been tough to find a salon that matches my values.
