Don’t make plans after- you’ll be late! Always make you wait 30 min even when you make an appointment. Forces them to rush and be too aggressive, especially when removing nails. I have been many times and always have same issue. Clearly they need to plan better! Had feet in cold water for 20 minutes last time, will not be returning. Read Less

I went in asking for a full gel set, only to be told after my nails have been started that they would not do full gel set, that they would do solar. When I explained I only do gel nails I again was told no that solar was much better etc. etc. Unfortunately there was no way for me to back out, as she already started to cut and filed my nails. Very unsatisfied with the way they started my nails and then decided they did not do gel after I asked when I first went in!! And then I was told it would cost me $70 for my nails. I went here for a pedicure. I just moved to mission and am looking for a new nail salon. The service was horrible. Being 5 months pregnant I wanted a nice relaxing pedicure. The lady rushed through my pedi. A total of 25 minutes. Plus she didn't do all the steps of a normal pedi and I said something. She went back and literally did the step she missed for two minutes. She barely spok English. All in all 33 dollars is not worth it when competitors are charging 25-30. Will not be returning. Read Less

I am new to Mission, and needed to find a place for my nails and feet. Came here for a pedicure and shellac manicure. They were busy, so i needed to come back in 30 minutes. The pedicure was amazing. They used a hot towel, hot rocks, and paraffin wax. it was nice and relaxing. My nails are still looking good after 3 weeks. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Very happy with their service. I have been going to PD Nails in Mission for two and a half years and absolutely love it. I go every three weeks to get a fill on my gel polish on my nails and every month to get a pedicure and new polish on my toes. All the staff are wonderful and kind, there shop is always very clean and they have an excellent selection of colours both gel and regular polish. If I ever break one of my fake nails they are great about getting me in to fix it for free. Reasonably priced, love going here and would recommend it to anyone. Read Less

I am so happy with this salon. Went j. This morning with mother in law and sister in law, had a great visit. However after I left I wasn't happy with my nail colour choice (my fault not theirs) and decided to return the same day to change. They took me in right away and changed things to make me happy. Went here last week in surrey to get a shellac mani. Horrible experience! The first girl that started nails seemed experienced but she ended up tending to another customer....not sure why. So The next girl they had come do my mani had no clue what she was doing she ended up putting 6 coats of the polish because she couldn't get it right. I asked for matte and that was another problem. She had no idea what to do and the owner just kept making excuses saying they will fix it. After everything the polish looked so thick and uneven. Exactly a week later the polish started lifting and the gems started falling off the next day. I ended up being able to peel all the polish off each nail of mine. Waste of 30 bucks! I went in after work with my daughter. I got a shellac manicure and my daughter received a full set. Well my daughter was happy with hers while I left completely ripped off. The first lady I had was great the second well not so much. I told her a few things about my nails due to their condition and she completely ignored me and ruined my nails. Some are disgustingly thick and some over filed. I told her I wasn't really happy but she ignored me. Not to mention that I asked fo...r a pink sparkle I got a gold sparkle I don't do gold. So I asked her to please take it off and change it to a silver. Well she did change it to a silver but Over top the tacky gold. I was dumb founded. Seeing I have been getting my nails done for years and have never experienced such a mess. I went home just enraged and I calmed down and decided to message the company, I explained what had taken place and asked if someone would be available the next day to fix them. I even provided photos. Well they read it and did not respond. Well I then sent another message today and again they read it but again refused to respond. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER GOING HERE. My husband had a pedicure done last summer here and it too was done terribly. He came home and I did a better job with a foot scrub. So many people I have spoken with have all agreed. Sent my wife off for nails. End result was definitely not like the picture we provided. Sparkles looked like a 5 year old dropped sparkly glue on them. Skin was painted, and some nails not fully covered.Certainly not worth the $40+ dollars I just spent on her, and now I've got to spend that again somewhere else to fix this.
