Went to Tina's yesterday for a full set of gels. Utterly disappointed. Wanted almond shape and not too long. Left with gaudy, long and misshaped nails. Went there for a pedicure a long time ago and the person, won't call them a tech, cut down the side of my nail from the top to the cutucal. I yelled and it bled. The guy came over and put pressure on it so it wouldn't bleed any more but I got no apology. Never will I go back and never recommend. Luckily I didn't get an infection. Read Less

Went to get gel nails done and a pedicure last weekend And ended up with a rash down my legs, as well as an infected toe nail from where it was cut too short. My gel nails are so uneven, bumpy, and the color is not even throughout the nail. Had a pedicure about a year or so ago. She cut down the side of my toenail, don't know why, have never had that done before. I yelled as it started bleeding. They put pressure it and told me it was fine. Will never go back there. Read Less

If you are looking for the perfect nails, this is the place to be! While it is not the most relaxing atmosphere, the quality of nails makes up for it! I got acrylic nails and they absolutely perfect for 3 weeks- no chips! Would 100% recommend :) Read Less

Absolutely unimpressed with my first and last visit there a few weeks ago. I called around 10:30 AM, to book an app for one nail fix, which had a little rip in it. Originally, they weren't done at TINA , but I was calling to inquire if that was something they could do for me. They said of course, no problem at all and to please come in at 3:30 PM. Which I did, a few minutes early. When I walked in, everyone of the tech's just stared at me and had nobody welcome me or say a th...ing, so I felt very awkward. Finally after 10 minutes of standing awkwardly AND quietly at the counter- they finally said "Why are you here". I told them I had called hours earlier and they had scheduled me in last minute for 3:30. Once again , no response just staring at me awkwardly and speaking to each-other in Chinese. Finally, at around 4:45 PM , an hour and 15 after I had booked it for ( I would have left after waiting like an hour ,but was so very desperate). So finally they have me sat at a station and I can tell they just are not happy I'm here. A tech then asked me "Why did you come here, we are too busy" AGAIN!! So I explained again I had phoned and asked and even told them on the phone that they had not done the original nails, and booked and appointment hours beforehand! Once again, no reply just going off to each other in Chinese. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming business and I will not be back!
