Carrie was amazing!! I went in for a gel full set with white tips and was out in 45 minutes. Carrie was very conversational, nice and professional. She did not rush and was very detailed when doing my nails. My nails looks great and I highly recommend anyone to go to Posh Nails and Spa, as I will definitely be a returning customer. My daughter just whent to this establishment. David worked on here nails. Very rude... bullied here into excepting his work even though she wasn't happy. When she complained, he left the store. Leaving here to deal with the receptionist. When she called back to try and resolve the issue, he refused to reconcile due to here leaving a bad review!!!! More then annoyed! First of all these are the worst nails ive ever had. I asked for acrylic powder and the lady refused to do it.. she painted my nails and they are lready chipped after only 2 hours of having them on.. plus while they were drying the lady up and left me for another customer before I was done.. I received a gift card for Christmas. I went with friends for a pedicure. Place was very clean. The people that worked there were very nice, not overly friendly. One suggestion is to turn down the loud music in the front of the shop. Would make a much more relaxing environment. Read Less

After 3 days of having my nails done the corners were coming up and 2 chipped. When I contacted them to have them fixed because I was attending a wedding they couldn't get me in and I was forced to go elsewhere to dish out more money! Got a rushed manicure and pedicure on the weekend. She forgot to finish a foot, then did a crumby job on my nails. The shellac peeled up within three days (when it usually lasts 2-3 weeks). I went back, was told to come back in 30 minutes, after three walk in customers arrived after me and were settled in. When I returned, the woman helping me was not going to redo the manicure, just fix the 4 out of 10 nails that had started to peel up. Once I told her I wanted it replaced and picked out a new polish, she put the wrong colour on. Then she proceeded to tell me that the peeling nail polish was my fault and I'd be charged if I returned. Very poor service to my elderly mother who had her finger and toe nails trimmed.No plastic lining placed in her foot bath while others had this, water was not warm enough and when asked to warm it up they turned it on then pulled her feet out. They did not smile or acknowledge her.No filing, no questions asked about how long or how short, no cream put on her hands or feet.My mother had no use of one arm. She was very well groomed and didn't deserve this treatment.I would not recommend this business to anyone. Read Less

Had a manicure and pedicure done today. Was a rushed service as they kept taking customers who walked in without appointments. I asked if she could scrub my heels more and she gave me an annoyance look and scrubbed it very roughly. Also, she cut my cuticles too fats that she cut one too deep and it started bleeding. I could have also done a better job applying my own nail polish. It didn't cover my whole nail and it's bumpy. Worst experience ever and now my finger with the cut hurts! Read Less

Been looking for an awesome nail tech forever. I only do pink and whites because I am a hair stylist and everything else stains with hair color. (Even gel/shellac manicure). Not many people around this area can do an awesome pink and white fill, until I found David!.. he is an amazing nail technician, I look forward to seeing him every 2 weeks, he makes me laugh, I love his stories, and he does beautiful nails. ..I also had a pedicure today which was the best pedi I have ever had. I got my nails done in the afternoon and that night they start peeling off. I got sparkly gel nails and she put so little coats that you could see my natural nail. I took my friend there as well and the lady doing her nails starting to do her own nails over top of her's. When I was driving there for my appointment they called me and said that someone cancelled in front of me so I could go at that time but I had already booked it with my friend so I went at the time I already booked. I was waiting for my friend to get there so I was outside of the salon. I guess they thought I was the person that cancelled and they were calling me in when my friend still was not there. It still was not my appointment time so I was waiting outside and they were being very rude about that. The lady started to do my nails very nicely and went slow and steady but then my friend finished and she was still on the first coat of nail polish. Then she just started to rush it horribly and so much nail polish got on my nail and my cuticle. I am just saying in my own opinion that you should never go here. Watch getting the gel manicure. It looks great, but 3 months later, my nails, which were once strong and long, are now brittle and split continuously. I'm tired of putting on nail repair polish. I realize this is probably true of any salon, but to those who've never done it, think about the down side carefully. Get a regular polish. Read Less

Not impressed... very unclean ... not a good job on the nails... she didn't even soak my hands or shape my nails or work on my cuticles... just soaked off my existing shilac and sloppily painted on a new one I would not recommend this salon to anyone Read Less

Went in for a color change on toes which was ten dollars. Lady asked if she should cut and I said sure. Go to cash out and it's $14. I was never told it was an additional four bucks to get toe nails trimmed not was it stated in their brochure. I will not be back. Read Less

Awful experience today. Came in for a new coat of shellac. Every other place they dip a small cotton ball with chemical put over your nails and wrap individually your finger with foil. This gentleman dumped in a glass bowl and told me to stick my fingers in which I did. 15 min later my fingers were burning tremendously and were a lighter pink then the rest of my hand. The burn sensation lasted the whole time. He also scrapped the hardest parts.of the shellac with a file which made my nails a lot finer and breakable, which they did do after I arrived home. The person in charge and 3 masks on her face. She insisted on talking to me with them on it couldn't understand a word. Oh well. Would not recommend this place at all..... Read Less

Had a gift certificate for this place so decided to go this morning with my mum. First impression was not good. I booked on the phone a few days ago to make sure we could get in as I've seen it busy. The lady on the phone was quite abrupt and I felt like she couldn't understand me. No name was taken on the phone either. She said to come for 9.30. We arrived on time and the salon was closed. Bad impression number two. After waiting outside for nearly 10 minutes, they all arrived. No apologies, nothing. We both had shellac done and to be fair, they did a nice job. But, the "relaxing" hand massage afterwards was so rough and painful, and the lotion smelled chemically. The nail tech never spoke a word to me, and I tried to communicate to her that I wanted a pedicure done too,  but she clearly did not speak a word of English. Instead, the owner told me to go back another day for it. So strange. This was probably the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. The salon was quite dirty too. Will not be returning. I would have given more stars if the service had been remotely acceptable.  I gave this place 2 tries, hoping my first experience was an anomaly.. First time I went there was one other customer there, 2 of the girls were chatting at the back ignoring us both. When they finally deigned to look over and seat us at a station they stopped about 4 times in the first 2 minutes chatting to each other. Yes seriously they kept stopping, to the point where the other customer had to say "girls please catch up later".  Then my nail tech started to work on my nails again until their phone rang 5 seconds  later, she stopped, got up, and answered it.  I wouldn't have had an issue except there was another person there that was not with a customer, she could easily have answered the phone since she was free. I actually had to ask my nail tech to let the unoccupied person answered the phone instead of leaving me every 5 mins. Not a good impression but the other customer remarked that she usually had decent service.  I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so I tried again.  The second time, I was perplexed when the nail tech finished my nails with Nail Envy... This is the first time I have ever had that happen when I've had a gel refill and my nails didn't go under the curing light. I asked about it, couldn't ask him because he walked away after putting a fan on the desk... The fan wasn't even on and he walked away and didn't bother to check on me. The nail tech that was working on the lady beside me had to turn it on ... I asked about why I was under a fan and not under a light, the two had a conversation in Vietnamese and they started laughing and looking at me. The other girl started to put a  gel top coat on my nails and put my hands under the uv light all the while giggling away... So they were laughing in my face and thought it would be ok. No apologies or anything. Yes I really want spend $$ at a place that thinks it's ok to ridicule a customer in Vietnamese or even give that impression.  A real shame, I was hoping to make this place my regular nail place because I did like the end result but the search continues.  I will never go there again. Went for basic natural mani no polish. Place was empty on a Thursday afternoon. The 4 staff were doing each others nails and playing around on their phones. I got the girl with no English.  The file and sanding block were obviously used on every customer before me. The place is dirty. I'm not sure if any tools are autoclaved . They all sit there talking with each other in Vietnamese. I find this to be very rude in a business setting.  Mani took all of 15 mins.  I'll never go back nor refer anyone. I'm off to Cloud 9 from now on. Nick & Van should clean up this business and stop speaking Vietnamese during business hours. I wonder what unannounced visit from the Health Dept would find. This place is HORRIBLE!!.  I got a full set 3 days ago and they look like I've had them for a few weeks,  they didn't do a proper job. The sides of my  real nails are showing a lot to the point where you can see where the fake nail starts and ends because she didn't mold the nail all the way to the sides nor did she use the right size tips ( there not the right size width wise,  I don't have super wide nails ), this is causing the nails to slowly chip away from the outer corners just from washing my hands... Keep in mind it's been 3 days,  even if a person was to be careless, and I am the complete opossite, it shouldn't look this bad.  They didn't push my cuticles back,  didn't take care of the "hang nail".  The girl "Van"  didn't even finish the job, she went and started on another customer and got some girl who's only been doing nails for 3 months to do the rest. When  I tried to get her to fix my thumb which had "set" with a HUGE lump/bump from too much top coat,  she didn't understand and just kept nodding her head because she spoke ZERO English.... Makes me wonder... How could she have gone to a cosmetology school,  or some form of a nail technician school if she spoke No English. The nails ended up being waaayy too thick if you look at them head on.. And I mean THICK. There's also a few of the fakes that don't go straight like my real nail would so you can see the side of my nail,  kind of like I was saying  above except this is caused by the "nail technician" gluing the tip on crooked and then molding the nail crooked also. Like I said.. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE job. Definitely do NOT go here. This isn't my first time getting nails, so I do know what to expect and it is definitely not this. Im super pissed that I paid money for such a job, but I guess that's what happens when you go to some random shop just cause your in  that city. Worst Salon I ever went to.  The owner was rude and belligerent.  When we discussed how I wanted my nails done...barely shortened, I started reading a book.  When I looked down he had completely changed the rounded shape and made them super short.  He said, "it's your fault for reading a book"...REALLY?!?!  They made no attempt to find a solution or re-do the job...instead charging me full price. The nail techs are so nice at this salon and they do a very thorough job. I went in for a pedicure over the weekend and it was very busy, but Tammy managed to slot me in anyways. The service is prompt, my toes look great, and I would definitely come back. Read Less
