Today I went in for Pedi with my mom the salon it's self is beautiful, the ladies were nice but I was a little disappointed on a few things. First off My mom booked it and she knows I always do gel pedicures she booked that but wasn't asked if I have gel on already which I did, so after I had gone through picking a gel polish they told me they wouldn't have time to do the gel was quite disappointed about that....... Then after finally picking another colour my technician was very nice But I honestly didn't feel she did the best paint job her hand looked to be quite shaky and I just wasn't that impressed considering the amount that was being spent then when I was getting up to leave I had forgotten that I had a nail polish bottle on my lap and it fell and hit my toe instead of taking the polish off and quickly redoing it she painted over it, I ended up having to go back tonight to have it fixed as it was all bubbly and didn't look great in the light. The other toes are ok but had a hard time feeling like it was worth my boyfriend's money who was treating me! The staff were all really nice can't stress that enough. There was just a few things that I wish had been done better.

Highly recommend this place for nails, clean and very professional. Front desk staff could be more welcoming and a little more knowledgeable. I work in the industry do have high standards but compared to anywhere else in Maple Ridge I would choose them every time!

I love this place! I get my lips done by Dr. Gouws and he does an amazing job. They did exactly what I asked for and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable each time. I do not plan on going to anyone else while I am in the maple ridge area to do any of my cosmetic fillers, And Debbie was so great! She was so professional and friendly and made sure to check in with me a few days after each time and addressing any questions I had.
I highly recommend this Salon!! Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I had a horrible experience with a mani pedi about a year ago, the owner was pretty good about rectifying the situation. I decided to try the medical spa side and have had nothing but 5 star service!
I always have visited my plastic surgeons office for services, however Cloud 9 is extremely clean, and i felt really comfortable with the medical staff!
I would highly recommend trying the medical spa service, and see Debbie!

Cloud 9 offers a relaxing spa atmosphere and professional experience at a very affordable price. I was shocked to find my shellac pedicure was priced comparable to the ‘less professional / fast service’ nail studios that are plentiful in Maple Ridge and sometimes makeyou feel like cattle being herded in and out the door.
I thoroughly enjoyed my no-rush treatment and was happy to have such a fantastic experience with cleanliness and professionally managed appointments to keep peace of mind.
Thanks to Chantal for running sucha tight ship and demanding such a high level of quality, customer service and professionalism from the certified estheticians she hason the front lines. Businesses like this should absolutely be considered first for their top quality service at a competitive price.Thank you so much!

I used to go here and found it lovely until they changed ownership in 2016 I believe it was. I really didn't like their new business ethics, they focus more on money and getting ahead than their customers which didn't impress me and made me feel unwanted. Their staff turnover became very high and that's when I was out of there. I will give them props on cleanliness. But that's about it.

Coming from a person who normally doesn’t participate in “girly” rituals I honestly feel that the services provided are absolutely worth every penny. It’s absolutely relaxing and provides amazing conversation and makes your hands and feet look and feel amazing. It’s definitely worth going back time and time again, leaving every appointment feeling better about myself and making me feel pretty. Even without the amazing polish choices and the 1,000’s of designs I can honestly say that I would still come back just for the amazing conversation and the way my skin and nails feel after the services. 10/10 would recommend to anybody, man or women, looking to have a relaxing time with amazing people and to leave feeling better about yourself and your nails

I got a basic manicure done by Hayley and the experience was awesome! She (and her coworkers) were very friendly and easy to talk to. I mostly wanted to review because 2 days after said manicure I wrapped Christmas presents for charity for 5 hours and none of my nails chipped! I am very impressed. :)

The pedi was not good at all, the Botox was awesome! Dr G is great! As far as the receptionist, she is also lovely. I went once to get a pedi (just to give them a second chance as I am also new to maple ridge) she couldn't fit me in because they were so busy but she referred me to a place down the street! Super cool, thanks!

Just had pedicure at Lydia's Nail Salon in Oberlin. It was terrific! Lydia gives a great leg and foot massage and my toes are soooo pretty. The salon is very clean and nicely decorated.

This is my choice salon in Maple Ridge and for many reasons, it should be yours as well. Clean, relaxing lazy boy chairs, with pillows and blankets too. Stainless steel basins which are cleaned with medical grade spray ( because I asked about cleaning procedures ) and dried. No, one- piece chairs with connected spa like basins which are places that bacteria gathers. Employees are happy and approachable, skilled and care. Wellness and attention to the client matter here. I can book my appointments online, checking for my favourite service provider who is working at the time I can come in. That's convenent.

Today I went in for Pedi with my mom the salon it's self is beautiful, the ladies were nice but I was a little disappointed on a few things. First off My mom booked it and she knows I always do gel pedicures she booked that but wasn't asked if I have gel on already which I did, so after I had gone through picking a gel polish they told me they wouldn't have time to do the gel was quite disappointed about that....... Cloud 9 offers a relaxing spa atmosphere and professional experience at a very affordable price. I got a basic manicure done by Hayley and the experience was awesome! She (and her coworkers) were very friendly and easy to talk to.
