After reading your response which you addressed to my previous review, I truly believe that you don't even deserve one star To summarize and to put the whole drama to an end, this is the true simple fact that reflected from you : YOU CONTINUE TO USE A VERY AGGRESSIVE, UN-PROFESSIONAL, AND EXTREMELY NEGATIVE WORDINGS TO CHALLENGE AND FIGHT BACK YOUR CUSTOMERS, SIMPLY BECAUSE OF ONE REASON : THAT I TRIED TO RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT TIME WITH YOU !!! THAT'S IT !!! I really, truly feel sorry for you for having this extremely negative mindset and attitude towards others. Can’t say enough good things about this salon. Went for my second time yesterday and was so happy with the service. I’ve had a lot of really horrible experiences and it blew me away how much they go above and beyond for their customers here. There’s absolutely no rushing, Kenny makes sure every nail is perfect, he doesn’t get distracted and I haven’t had any of my nails lift which has always been an issue in the past, and their prices are perfect. Affordable and they do an incredible job. I can’t say enough good things! Highly highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about this place! Best and most reasonably priced nail salon in Langley! (I’ve tried most of them). Super nice people, they actually care about their work! Decided to try them for lashes too, and they outdid themselves! Very, very meticulous.

-had to update my review cause they amaze me every time I come in. Just got my first pedicure from here and it’s the best I’ve ever had. And Kenny is the absolute best, he always takes such care and makes sure every nail is perfect, I’ve been going here for over 3 months and I love it!!!!! Won’t go anywhere else now.

Kenny is awesome! I went in for a fill to his shop for the first time and he was very professional. He did a great job on my acrylics and made mention of the best practices for gel nails as well. Clearly, this man knows his stuff! He also free-handed art work on my ring fingers that I just love. I will be sorry to have these beautiful white flowers taken off in three weeks, they are so beautiful. All this and the price was great too. Thank you Kenny!

Wanted to spoil my mom on her 75th birthday by treating her to a pedicure. I indulged too. Popular Nail Spa was fantastic! Very clean, professional and friendly. We both enjoyed our scrub and hot stone massage. Prices are very reasonable for the care and attention you get. I live in South Surrey and I would definitely make the road trip out here to get pampered again. Thank you for the awesome service. Definitely five stars.

I booked a single appointment and explained what happened, they said no problem they could get my sister in within a week. However when I was done they scanned my Groupon, said it was a month expired, it was actually 2 weeks, and they would not honor my sisters half. I didn't bother arguing because the job they did was mediocre at best.

Received a Groupon for Christmas for a mani/pedi and decided to check this place out! It's located on the McBurney Lane walkway but there is parking right out front. The place is bright and clean. The couple running it are kind and polite. I sat in the massage chair soaking my toes watching the food network on their huge tv. She cleaned up my toes and gave me a nice message with the exfoliant and then used hot stones and hot towels on my legs and feet Ahhhhhhh heaven! Also soaked my fingers and she massages me hands and forearms. It was really nice! I always get a bit nervous because I've had technicians hurt me with their tools but she didn't hurt me at all!They offer many services so I'll be back!!!

Can’t say enough good things about this salon. Went for my second time yesterday and was so happy with the service. I’ve had a lot of really horrible experiences and it blew me away how much they go above and beyond for their customers here. There’s absolutely no rushing, Kenny makes sure every nail is perfect, he doesn’t get distracted and I haven’t had any of my nails lift which has always been an issue in the past, and their prices are perfect. Kenny is awesome! I went in for a fill to his shop for the first time and he was very professional. He did a great job on my acrylics and made mention of the best practices for gel nails as well. Clearly, this man knows his stuff! He also free-handed art work on my ring fingers that I just love. I will be sorry to have these beautiful white flowers taken off in three weeks, they are so beautiful. All this and the price was great too. Thank you Kenny!

We both enjoyed our scrub and hot stone massage. Prices are very reasonable for the care and attention you get. Very nice people and they do a wonderful job and they don't rush. They speak great English and Vietnamese. Best prices in lower mainland. 4 of us came to get our nails done and we all left 100% happy...
