Horrible, i told them i wanted long and full , and they said it would be $95 but the look they gave me was very sparse. It felt like they only did a half set and when i asked them to make it fuller they told me i would be charged $50 more and i had already paid $100. Like a lot of other nail salons that get busy, this place isn't very clean. I've seen worse, but it's still not very clean at all and it's pretty gross (just look at the dirt and grime in all the corners, and by their sink). You just know things aren't getting sanitized properly. The main reason I'm giving it more than 1 star is because I do like the convenience of the location, and I've never had to wait long...they seem to always be able to squeeze you in. So if you're in a bind, this place will accommodate you. & I did like that they now use these plastic sheet things in the pedicure tub that are changed between each use, so that made me feel a little better. Each time I go though, I get a very average job done, but I've never been really unhappy with the work. I do notice that they always try to charge the higher price whenever possible...like if you ask for a pedicure (there's no price list displayed), they will automatically give you the higher-priced pedicure without asking you, when for example there's another more basic one that's $10 cheaper. Also the pedicure is very subpar, they get lazy and really don't do that thorough a job with the scraping etc. (pedicures are much shorter than other places) Read Less

I got eyelash extensions done here... she was rushing and they were falling out the next day. I had to find an other place to get them fixed !!! And when I asked for my money back they refused.. they told me to come back in 15 mins.. and so I did I went back and told them I wasn't happy with any of it.. and they told me that they can only give me a gift card... now reading all these comments.. what I am gunna do with the gift card? Was able to get a last minute appointment on a Sunday, but this was the worst manicure I have ever seen. I got a shellac manicure and the manicurist was very quick but my nails were horrible. My husband asked why my nails looked like the surface of the moon. Read Less

I recently visited Willowbrook Mall in Langley and had some time to get my nails done.  I was able to get in right away and just asked for a basic mani and pedi.  The young lady who did my nails didn't appear to be able to communicte very well in English, so here is how it went.She filled the foot tub with warm water and pointed for me to put my feet in.  After soaking for a few minutes, I asked her how to work the massage chair.  She didn't answer, so I played with the buttons until she took the remote away from me and put it on the floor beside her.  My chair was leaning back too far and quite uncomfortable.She grasped one of my ankles and pulled my foot out of the tub and pulled out what looked exactly like my hand held cheese grater and proceeded to scrub at a small callous near my big toe.  I pulled away and shook my head and said "NO". Ouch!  When she tried to grate my other foot, I shook my head No again she put the grater away.Next step was to take a scrub brush and scrub the bottom of my feet.  That also hurt especially when she repeatedly scrubbed the ball of my foot.  I must say that I very rarely get callouses nor were my feet dirty to have such agressive cleaning.Now to work on the nails.  I told her that I had an injury to two toes and to be gentle.  She didn't respond.  She handed me the nail polish key and said "polish?". She used a metal tool to work on my cuticles.  She pushed so hard on my cuticles that I cringed.  Next came the clippers to remove the tiny bit of curicle.  We almost got through that step unscathed until a snip too close cut me.  She put something on it to make the bleeding stop.  Filing and painting went fine.  I was able to relax a little.Mani:  I was considering calling it quits, but I had an important party to go to that night and needed my nails to look good, so I sucked it up, after all how bad can It get?  She put out a bowl of warm water to soak in, but I removed one of my hands because I was getting kind of water logged and she grabbed my hand and put it back.  I took it out again after a minute and she rolled her eyes at me and pointed to the bowl very matter of factly as if I should obey.  I didn't and just wanted the experience to be done!I asked her to give my nails a square shape, but I got round shaped ones.  She cut me once with the cuticle clippers and damaged one of my nails with the metal cuticle pusher.  When she went to dab alcohol on my nails, some spilt onto my cut cuticle, Ouch!  Polish job was horrible.  She was at the end of the bottle of polish, so there wasn't much to work with.  she could have suggested that I choose another colour.No tip for that young lady.  I won't go back.
