ZERO STARS! The lady was very rough and rude. She first refused to do the shape I requested and said I needed to get acrylic nails - then when she said she would try, I ended up with all my nails on the right hand looking different than one another. Also, they painted the shellac all over my cuticles and told me it will start to peel itself, and it hurts now that it IS starting to peel. It has only been 4 days since I went in to get my nails done and so many nails are peeling, along with my cuticles!! Also, when their top coat appeared to be old and spotty, the man told me it was because of my nails underneath and that they were too damaged (which they are not) - a different girl who had then taken over said to redo the top coat, and then the spots disappeared. It was very rude of them to put the blame on the customer for all of the above items when it wasn't even my fault. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!

Very poor customer service, nail tech did not listen, understand or care what I was asking for. Rushed service. Was handling my hands in a rough manner. Was more interested in watching the t.v. show rather than paying proper attention to the service and yelling over my head to her colleague about the show. Dissapointed first (and last!) time client.

I would highly recommend this place. Friendly staff. They have a eye for attention to detail. They give great massages. The massage chairs are great too! I usually go here so I trusted them to do my wedding nails. They turned out even better than I expected. I keep looking at how beautiful they are. Thank you so much Glory Nails & Spa!

If I could give this place a zero star, I would. The lady is very ruff and used a dremal on my shellac nails to remove the polish. It got so hot and my toe nails became almost paper thin and very sensitive. My body was telling me to run from this place. The massage was two rubs on each leg with a hot towel and regular polish on my feet. My hands were done in shellac again two rubs on the hand hot towel and design. This was $89.00. I did say something and the lady was so rude explaining she did her part. I said, I will never be back and I have been ripped off. I recommend going to Binny's in Langley on the one way 100% better service clean and accommodating. The whole time this lady was watching TV. I found this rude. I felt like I was sitting in someone's living room and intruding. This place is very unhygienic and should be closed down. The seats do not work to massage you and the color is translucent as they only do 2 coats of shellac. I am very angry and like allot of people on here feel taking advantage of. I WOULD SAY RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE. 2 THUMBS DOWN!

If I could put zero stars I would have. My sister talked me into going here so I did. It has been less than a week and today I noticed 4 of my toe nails have completely chipped off. I called them to ask about having them fixed because I feel a pedicure should last more than 5 days for $40 dollars. She said "you come right now or tmo morning and I fix. If you don't come those times I don't fix". I explained I could not come until Monday because I have a job! Then she refused to fix them. That is horrible customer service!! They apparently do not know about word of mouth and the power of the internet because I am going to make negative reviews to whoever will listen. NEVER going again

lady was WAY too rough with my hands and used electric drill directly on nail bed and skin. one of my acrylic nails snapped 4 days after getting them done (i've had acrylic nails for YEARS and never had one snap that quick) i went in for them to fix the single nail that broke WITHIN A WEEK of me getting them done there and they charge me $7 to fix a mistake they made??? will no longer go here and would advise you not to either.

Came here for the convenience to get waxing done one day. Found the wax too hot and burned as well. Also noticed missed spots. Hair came back the next day.It was quiet in the salon, only two other customers getting their nails done.Can find better places for waxing that cost less. I'll drive a little farther to go back to an East Indian salon in Surrey.

ZERO STARS! The lady was very rough and rude. She first refused to do the shape I requested and said I needed to get acrylic nails - then when she said she would try, I ended up with all my nails on the right hand looking different than one another. Also, they painted the shellac all over my cuticles and told me it will start to peel itself, and it hurts now that it IS starting to peel. If I could give this place a zero star, I would. The lady is very ruff and used a dremal on my shellac nails to remove the polish. It got so hot and my toe nails became almost paper thin and very sensitive. My body was telling me to run from this place.
