I love Tymeka, she has been doing my hair for at least 10 years she always get me in her chair at the time of my appointment, I'm not there all day, she knows how to rotate are clients, she is very professional, sweet, clean and good at what she do. I'm natural so I go for my ends to get clipped, permanent color, body wraps, roller sets, ponytails and anything I want she get it done in a timely manner. Went in a week ago for a fill on my acrylic nails I had gotten at another salon. The lady, don't know her name, was very meticulous when she was doing my nails. My fill was almost an hour and a half! She worked really hard to give me the nails that I wanted, and they looked amazing! I really loved how they looked, however...they fell off. Literally. I am here, 8 days later with one fake nail left on. I went in to just let them know and hopefully get them redone but was told by the lady who did them that I was in three weeks ago, not one. I said that regardless of how long ago it was, they should not have literally peeled and fallen off. I am giving 2 stars because when doing my nails, they were very specific and meticulous- I was impressed. But I am unimpressed with the fact that they fell off. They didn't soak my hands or cut my cuticles when I got my acrylic nails done. the nails are also already lifting up on the corners even though I got them done just 2 days ago, and they don't do a nice job with ombré french tips. They charged me $57 dollars. I will not be going to them again. Read Less

I went once before to get my acrylic nails taken off. I had got the nails done at another place. When I came to the salon, they were very polite and quick to take me on. They were respectful that I didn't want to talk that much, and took the nails off. It was done thoroughly and each time I was asked if anything hurt. I had never had a nail tech ask if I was in pain from the tools. Very positive experience! Read Less

Not only were the facilities dirty, but the workers were rude, impersonal, difficult to understand (could hardly speak English, if at all) and spoke to each other in a foreign language, making clients very uneasy.I will never return and will tell others not to bother. Read Less
