Was not st all happy with the service! They were way to fast and did not take their time! The rushed the service and as soon as you walk in they yell for you to take a color. Would never go back!!

I have been going here for a bit. Had somewhat good service but a few times I have booked and they book me on the wrong day and then I went yesterday didn't book in with Tina who is the only nice one ...
I have been going here for a bit. Had somewhat good service but a few times I have booked and they book me on the wrong day and then I went yesterday didn't book in with Tina who is the only nice one there and got another girl she did what I asked but argued with me of how I wanted it done but whatever. Then I went home and i wasn't happy with one of the colors I choose so I booked in to get it changed. Repeated myself multiple times on the phone with the girl that booked it to confirm what time, go into today at the right time and find out today they booked me for Friday and then was rude to me like it was my fault. Even the girl i think her name is holly that did my nails came to the front and started arguing again with me. So done with this shop. I'm not the type to write bad reviews but being the second time it happened I was frustrated. I will be going to Tran nails they fixed me right up no problem and were so friendly to me!! Stop going to Victoria nails!!!!

Got my eyebrows done here today the usual lady was busy so went with another lady. To say the say the least she took off all my eyebrows .. asked me if I liked them I said yes and she continued to wax...
Got my eyebrows done here today the usual lady was busy so went with another lady. To say the say the least she took off all my eyebrows .. asked me if I liked them I said yes and she continued to wax them off.. Now have no eyebrows! & need to wait for them to grow back in.. wouldn't recommend getting your brows here at all..

You guys literally charge way to much to get the nails off even when they’re hurting my nails underneath! Like 15$ place usually charge 5 so I’m not coming back

The tech rushed, a gel manicure in less than 30 minutes and it showed in the results. She thinned my nails down after I asked her not to. The gel manicure didn’t last a week before it was peeling. There was gel on my cuticles and under the tips of my nails that was uncomfortable. And she sprayed my hands with this stuff that stung and said it was a disinfectant but it hurt my hands and I think they should disinfect the instruments not use their chemical disinfectant on people’s skin. It was less expensive that I had paid before but not a good deal if it lasts less than a week and usually my manicure lasts 3 weeks and they don’t thin my nails down etc. I will go elsewhere next time.

I got gel nails here and they didn’t push the gel polish all the way back and a some of my nails had way more polish then others, but the staff were friendly and it ended up being fairly cheap

Came here for very long time and no problem until last winter when unclean utensils gave me a nail fungus. Have not gone for any manicures there or anywhere else since then as I am having trouble ridding myself of this problem. I know it is from here as it is the only place I have gone for a manicure.

The tech I saw was wonderful, the mood cheery, they were very accommodating when I had to change appointment times and I will definitely be back with my bridal party when I get married 👌🏻

My daughter came in for her second visit ( she's 13 ) for what I believed to have had was refills and a repair. She was told she had to have a new set, which was fine but my daughter was left 3 times ...
My daughter came in for her second visit ( she's 13 ) for what I believed to have had was refills and a repair. She was told she had to have a new set, which was fine but my daughter was left 3 times whilst the nail technician left her to do eyebrow waxing on 3 different clients. What should have been a 55 min app took 1hr and 45mins. Plus my daughters cuticles are cut on 6 fingers, red and extremely sore. I will not be calling in again and my daughter certainly doesn't want to either.

Friendly and professional staff, gave an awesome pedicure. Nice big comfy massage chairs and the most thorough exfoliation and moisturizing treatment I've ever had on my feet. Plus they rub your feet with hot stones and put a warm towel over your legs. So nice! The owner was around getting people coffee, tea and water. The place is spotless and welcoming.

Both my friend and I had a pedicure done at Victoria's Nail and Spa on June 16. Firstly we were asked if we want Shellac polish but never told it would cost an extra $21.00 until we paid! What a disappointment that it cost us that much. The girls did do an awesome job! Second, we didn't appreciate the Manager yelling at his girls all the time in his own language, this made it very uncomfortable for them and for us. We will NOT return.

I had visited a different salon in Kelowna and got my nails done. They were dreadful! They were lifting, the gel overlay was either only in a single strip down the center of my nail or all over my finger. They were horribly shaped, the tips were glued to my finger tip and very sharp underneath. I expressed my displeasure and the owner would do nothing to fix them. I stopped in at Victoria Nails to see if they could help me. They very quickly got me in and Maiya did an amazing job fixing them and making them look gorgeous (which was no easy task). I appreciate their kindness and help. I would highly recommend this salon!

I just had the most relaxing manicure and pedicure at this salon. The massage chairs are the bomb! I've never had hot stone therapy before either. 2 ladies provided excellent treatment at the same time, and the art work on my pedicure is amazing. I am summer ready now. This salon was recommended to me by my friend Trudy Thompson, and I will recommend to every one I know. It's worth the drive to Westbank. 2 thumbs way up! 5 star treatment that won't break the bank. I'll be back.

I had visited a different salon in Kelowna and got my nails done. They were dreadful! They were lifting, the gel overlay was either only in a single strip down the center of my nail or all over my finger. They were horribly shaped, the tips were glued to my finger tip and very sharp underneath. I expressed my displeasure and the owner would do nothing to fix them. I stopped in at Victoria Nails to see if they could help me. They very quickly got me in and Maiya did an amazing job fixing them and making them look gorgeous (which was no easy task). I appreciate their kindness and help. I would highly recommend this salon!

I just had the most relaxing manicure and pedicure at this salon. The massage chairs are the bomb! I've never had hot stone therapy before either. 2 ladies provided excellent treatment at the same time, and the art work on my pedicure is amazing. I am summer ready now.
