I would not suggest going here if it's your first time getting nails. Staff did not answer any of my questions and rushed me on the phone and as soon as I walked in the door. It's a very stressful environment for a place that's supposed to be where you treat yourself. I do not like to base my opinions off one experience but the three times I went have been equally horrible that I want to leave as soon as I enter the building. They stayed late for me past close as I called about 30minutes before close to come in. They were all very nice and friendly especially Van and gentleman that did my nails. I normally hate acrylic nails and find they look too bulky and weirdly unnaturally pink but admittedly no one else was open that did gel french tips si I thought I'd try acrylic out again since I was leaving for vacation the next night. They turned out beautiful! Enough so that I may switch to acrylic now. He did a very fast job and still did a perfect job and put up with my finicky picky shaping without complaint and did everything as I asked. And he was gentle and chatty and the salon looks very well kept and clean. And I even enjoyed the girl who sung quietly as swept and cleaned up the salon before leaving. It's nice when you can tell they are happy at their work. Miserable people don't sing beautifully as they clean. After much online research I settled on Nails 4 U for my first go at acrylic nails. I was In the area and decided to pop in and make an appointment. The salon was very busy but to my surprise they took me in right on the spot. The technician was very friendly, quick and efficient. She checked in with me often to be sure I was enjoying my experience, making sure I was getting exactly the length, shape and color that I wanted. The only negative was the price paid was not what was advertised on the website. I was so happy with the experience and results that I didn't mind the additional cost. Love it here! I go every three weeks or so to get a fill and every 6 weeks or so for a pedicure and all the staff are always so great! Pleasant staff. Questionable cleanliness. Poor quality. Conveyor belt of customers, with a quick spray of cleaner and a dirty rag mop wipe down in the foot bath which have no plastic liners. Used electric nail tools between customers without sterilizing the burs (maybe this is customary or standard? But they are able to be sterilized I'd think?!), the nail guy I had seemed like he had never done nails before, didn't seem to know how to move shellac, and eventually left bits on and painted over it. had an appointment and had to wait 20 mins to get service.. I had a pedicure it was horrible water was cold to begin with, the rush through the service and do a half ass job, I asked him to clean my cuticle and instead of doing that he cut my toe nails so short that it hurts. Worst place I have ever gone to get a pedicure and nails. Very rushed and poor customer service. My feet are in worse shape now than before I had a pedicure done. The guy used a cheese grater type file on my feet and now the skin is all rough and peeling. I didn't even have calluses where he was filing. The massage was so rough that I have bruises on my legs. I question the sanitation in this place as they get people in and out so fast, how would they have time to clean between clients? The tools look old and used. My polish was smudged. I had to ask them to fix it immediately after leaving and inspecting everything. My "gel" nails were not good either. Very bubbly and dents in them from having to shove them in and out of the lamps so quickly. All the nails were unevenly filed. I had to go home and re-file all of them. Which took me over an hr. Went with my daughter 2 days ago and had our nails done together for the first time. Wow, we had such a good time. The staff were so warm and friendly. Love this place! I never leave disappointed. The staff is super friendly and they can always fit you in. Usually only in for about an hour, which is perfect! The product they use is very strong, i can usually go 4-5 weeks between fills with minimal lifting and no breaking! Strongly recommend! Read Less

Lives up to it's name!  Visiting Kelowna for a few days and needed to have a gel nail fixed plus my daughter wanted a pedicure.  Called up early Sunday afternoon and got an appointment for late afternoon--perfect fit with our plans.  They were able to match the colour exactly for my nail fix and my daughter loved her pedi.  Staff were very sweet.  Fast and talented.  Will definitely come back and recommend this place if you are looking for a good place to have your nails done regularly.
