I hade a sizeable gift certificate I received for Mother's Day so I went all out. I had my lashes done which are the best lashes I have had yet and believe me I've tried a few places. I also had my waxing done with Teresa and it was the most painless wax service I have had to date. Teresa also did my nails and pedicure. All of the wonderful services I received a side, the place is beautiful. The moment you walk to the door you are treated like absolute royalty . I recently had my hair colored blonde and was disappointed to  find that it was yellow. I was told that they guarantee their work so I could come back within a week to have it corrected. I live in Vancouver andI was not able to make it back within a week, so Sharon said she would give me a two week period because I was from out of town, so I tried to set a time when I could get back to Kelowna. I called to tell them when I could come in. It was past the two weeks, so I spoke to the new owner Sharon again who insisted that it was not there policty to correct color after one week, even if the client was from out of town. She repeated these words to me like I didn't understand and then said she is finished talking. She was very condescending. I had been a regular client and had my pedicures and manicures at the salon for many years. They did not even offer any compensation or credit for their mistake. The stylist had told me right away that it looked a bit yellow and that she would have to redo it. After she dried it she decided it looked ok. So I had yellow hair for about three weeks until I went to a salon in Vancouver that fixed it beautifully. They did not charge me as much as Mirror Mirror did and they were surprised that the Kelowna business would have treated me that way. If it was the mistake of the salon and it was under a month, Tony and Guy would have fixed it for free or the cost of the product only. Read Less
