This place is awful! I would never ever go again. I called them because all my acrilic nails fell off in a week and they said rudely on the phone that they would do them for free. Which they didn’t and I drove an hour to this place and they did nothing but be rude when I had the problem. Never ever go to this place as they don’t do what you say, are very rude, and they are not good at doing acrylic nails. I would never recommend this place to anyone.!!!!!!!!! Read Less

This place did a terrible job and then refused to do another pedi. They had us put our shoes on before nails were dry so pedi was destroyed immediately. Went back as soon as returned from Mexico with a dated pic clearly showing issue. Also the pedi water was cold even after telling him several times. The whole experience was poor and then the manager confirmed with his customer service that the issues are from management down to the staff. Negative stars! Read Less

I went and had a manicure and a pedicure today and asked the young man if he removes ingrown nails , he obviously didnt understand what i meant , i had to tell him several times to use the pusher to fix the ingrown and he didnt , the manicure was terrible , had hangnails and cuticles that went untouched , then was charged for a gel polish with my pedicure but was not asked if that was what i wanted , i thought manicures and pedicures is supposed to be included with the nail polish but it was not , so unhappy , i didnt complain when i was there , but i wont be back , it was the worst Read Less

Very dissapointed with this. Went with my friend and we got mani and pedi and we both got a different treatment, I feel like it should have been consistent. Nails were not done to my cuticle and looked very mediocre and was extremely rushed. As well the massage chair was broken and she didn’t tell me this until half way through I would have waited to get a massage chair that works. Not impressed... 50$ and was not worth it at all. I am so happy with how Kim did my nails and if I would have known years ago that I could get a full set of nails for 60.00 including tax and tip I would have come sooner. I am so happy with the care in polishing techniques as well as shaping during creating of my nails as a former 10 year wearer of nails. Had a manicure. My cuticles were a disaster. However post manicure my hands are now in mint condition. The place isn’t glamorous, but their pricing is affordable and their hygiene standards are exceptional. For that reason I will revisit. Read Less

Went with a girlfriend for pedicures and they did a fantastic job today. The shop was clean. The staff was friendly. English is not their first language, but they did fine understanding what I wanted for my design on my toes and I was very happy when I left. I will definitely make this my go-to place for pedicures. I got solar gel nails done and they looked too thick and bulky i went back to ask him to make them thinner he told me i didnt know what i want and didnt like me asking him to fix them. So i left it. I went back today to get a fill and he brings up im the lady who ask him to make them thinner! I ignored him so then i looked at ny nails and they did not look even i ask him to shorten them i saod forget it. And he imsulted me again and said " i always do that" but he does not listen to what customer wants i dont reccommend this place at all!Read Less

This is my second pedicure and first gel french manicure. I returned as my first experience was very good. Had a different technician this time. She was rude, rough, minimal massage, didn't clean under the toe nails. The manicure was a disaster right from using a drill to remove the shellac to cutting my nails into points instead of oval as requested. My thumb nail had a small split that I asked to be repaired. Glue was put on. I again asked for a proper repair and was rudel...y told it was repaired. She shoved feet, legs, arms. No hand massage. White tips were applied so thin you you could see through them. When I asked for another coat you would have thought I'd asked for the moon. The shop is not very clean either. Will never go back and today I'm going to another shop to have my thumb nail fixed as it has split already. The cruncher is that I was charged almost double for this horrible experience. Went in for a last minute pedicure before my honeymoon. She cut my nails very short, and not even. And I asked for a color, with gold sparkles over top. She literally picked out a single giant gold sparkle and put one on each toe (so it looked like i had an eye staring at me from each toe). So i asked for some smaller sparkles as well to blend it a bit. When i paid, i realized she had charged me $55, rather than $50 (as priced on the wall), and she told me it was $5 extra for the sparkles (which i still think look absolutely awful). Plus their machines only give you the option to tip 15% or more. .. so i ended up paying $63 for a pedicure that i hate. Plus their massage chairs arent very strong. Not very happy with the service my friend and I experienced today. To start with, the esthetician removed my current shellac polish by using a cuticle clipper and peeling off the shellac. The male esthetician was extremely rude to my friend about wanting to add a nail extension. Even though we had booked appointments including extensions and shellac, we felt rushed and not at all pampered or relaxed. Every time my friend asked about something the man rolled his eyes and spoke to the other esthetician in a different language so we couldn't understand what he was saying. The foot/leg massage included them applying lotion to our legs and feet, no massage. Looking back, I'm surprised we didn't just leave. Needless to say we won't be going back. Called at 11ish in by 2:30 for a pedicure I had never been here but decided to call and got in pretty much right away. And its not that they weren't busy. All chairs were full. Phone was ringing constantly. Vietnamese. Very efficient and fast. Cleaned cuticles, filed, fixed up heels etc. Lots of massage. Felt good, maybe a little rushed but because there wasn't anyone waiting she said I could sit and relax if I like. All in all very nice. This place is a joke.  I am from Calgary and every salon I have been to lets you Choose as many shellac colours as you want for the price of a shellac manicure.  This place wants to charge you 5.00$ for each additional Colour.  It's not like they have more nails to paint. When it comes to accommodating three people at salons, it can sometimes get a bit tricky without a reservation... This was not the case here. I took my mom, niece and myself for pedicures and were able to walk right in without waiting and have awesome customer service.I recommend Tony, who was my technician as he was thorough, gave a great massage and perfect French toes.
