I wish I could say something nice. However, I left 2 messages a WEEK apart to book an facial appointment with my groupon- and no response. I then found a number on their website and was given Julie's number by this other employee. I then texted Julie to book a facial and she texted back that she would check her schedule- that was 4 DAYS ago. What a run around. ... Horrible customer service! Nothing "happily" about this place. I give a rating of 5 stars to Ariana. I received a 90 minute massage and she was professional and the massage was great- right amount of pressure. I would recommend Ariana to anyone for a massage.

Had a massage done and specifically stated before hand that I do not like deep tissue and was there to simply relax. Julie said that my lower back had a different heat, indicating soreness. I had slightly strained my back back in October 2016 but have not felt any pain at all since before Christmas. She suggested a stretch, moving my leg off to the side while digging deep into gluts, and told me to breath through it. I don't know what she did, but my lower back has been in agony for two weeks. I called and left a message asking for a call back, and I still haven't heard anything.

Not impressed with this place. Hours clearly state 9-5 on their door and 9-6pm on a Tuesday and I went there to get some health products and they were closed!!!!! 👎🏼

I can not thank these ladies enough. I had booked in for an hour massage for my shoulders and back as I broke my arm a few weeks ago and was feeling tense due to wearing a sling all day. On my way to the clinic I got rear ended in a car accident and was 30 mins late for my appointment. Not only did they still allow me a half an hour slot the Manager was kind enough to wave the fee as I'd had such a rough time. This has made my week and I've already recommended Happy Holistic to a colleague. Thank you!

As someone who has had type 1 diabetes for over 20 years I thought I had a pretty good understanding about how my body was affected by food. Alexis Costello and I worked together on my diet and my outlook on things. I've been seeing her for about 5 years and have reduced my daily insulin by about 30% (This is the first time I've EVER reduced my dosage). I've also taken all 4 levels of Touch for Health classes offered through Happily Holistic taught by Alexis & Holly. I've al...so taken their Metaphors class, Brain Formating and the first half of the European Lymphatic Drainage Massage course (I couldn't finish it due to my work schedule). For the past 3 years I don't think I've gone a month without a session. If I spent more time in Kelowna I'd definitely book myself in for more appointments. really nice environment and very sweet people. They always give their best and make sure you understand every step they do. I am a client for a couple of years now and I only can recommend to give it a try. You will love it. They are very educated and keeping them selfs up to date. I even took some classes with them and it was always fun and very helpful to learn and understand your own body better to read. Things just make more sense now. Be important enough for yourself and do something for your own well-being! Enjoy!!

Had a massage done and specifically stated before hand that I do not like deep tissue and was there to simply relax. Julie said that my lower back had a different heat, indicating soreness. I can not thank these ladies enough. I had booked in for an hour massage for my shoulders and back as I broke my arm a few weeks ago and was feeling tense due to wearing a sling all day.
