I've been going to exotic nails for about 2 months now and am very happy! I have tried so many shops in town and I never got what I wanted but at exotic nails my nails are gorgeous! Got gel polish. Lasted 2 days - all peeled. Pedi was not good. Feet were rougher on the bottoms than when I came in. Didn’t go in to get fixed as I was out of the country for holidays. Way over priced. I am never going back! Read Less

Well all I can say is Darcy is one of a kind and a true kelowna gem! Literally . She is thorough, super clean, prompt, has products that other salons don't even carry and best of all she transforms you . From the best set of stiletto nails complete with Louis Vuitton gems to today her transforming my face with the best microblading I have seen, to even the utmost reasonable pricing ( she's worth it at twice the price )....I can't wait for my spray tan from her as well. Worst pedicure/manicure I've ever received my entire life. The man who did my nails finished my pedicure and my manicure during the time my sister in law had her pedicure. No cuticle oil, no hand scrub, no lotion on the manicure. When questioned about whether I would get hand cream while the technician was finishing my top coat, he said he'd give me a hand massage after my nails were done. Needless to say, he could only rub lotion onto my wrists. My heels are really rough as he used a grater on them but didn't buff them after. Honestly not worth the money. Terrible experience I won't be going back. Went for a Brazilian wax that took over 1hr ( I know you are probably laughing so to clarify , no it wasn't that bad down there ) and lets just say it was not a Brazilian, she spent more time with the trimmer than the wax but I was charged for a full "Brazilian wax"The lady kept saying her back was sore ( which is super sad ) when I said something they suggested I came back later to fix it which wasn't going to work since I had to pi...ck up my dog and 4 kids after my appointment .I'm leaving for Mexico which is why I was getting it done in the first place . They ended up giving $10.00 off but now I still have to go home and shave . When we told them we wouldn't be back the gentleman said that was ok . Then he tried to say his business is different than others and that was a Brazilian .hmmm pretty sure by definition its removing the hair from front to back and everything in between otherwise it's just a bikini wax and it's $30.00 cheaper .
