A bit expensive for a little girl who's polish all came off in 3 days. When we asked for a stencil on her big toes they said No, she was excited to have a flower or palm tree as this pedicure was for a trip to Mexico and a special thing for her. Been going there for 10 yrs. Never a problem...till jan 2017 i got a horrible infection from unsanitary file. I nearly escaped surgery. I went back after healing .showed them photos of my infected nails. They would not take responsibility for this and spoke amonst them selves not in english. I was discreet in telling them as the place was packed i they then refused to even do my nails telling me i was allergic. Very disappointing! Ill never go back. Do my own nails now. Beware girls. I heard so many good review of this place that I decided to take a chance. I ended up waiting 30 min until they popped up and ask for my reservation. 5 people were booked for the same time slot. They couldn't find my reservation in their book and claimed loudly that I made an appointment with Vernon Crystal Nail, which I didn't even know that it existed. When I found my call log where I made three phone calls to make an appointment, the lady started to flip out. "I cant find the appointment. It is not in the book" instead of apologying for the mistake and inconveince. Seriously, booking too many people for the same time slot or screwing people's reservation.. that is your store's fault, not mine. A simple apology was all I wanted. But nope, total ignorance and denial of the situation from the staff. Wow. I do not recommend this place at all. With the same price, you can find other pedi places with same quality of service. I have been going here since it opened.  However, things are not the same.  The girl who did my pedi and mani is young and inexperienced.  Quality not there yet.  Customer should be told beforehand.  Being on time is important too.  I don't feel as comfortable as I used to.  I won't be returning any time soon. I don't like that massage at all. It's too abrasive! I "saved" $5 because they didn't want to remove my cuticles. I would rather to pay $5, have no massage and have my nails and toenails properly done. Read Less

Well after a long walk down hwy 97, on way to airport since google took me the wrong direction, then having to walk back to the real location. I showed up for my appt 30 min late. I understand I'm late, but you think after an 1.5hr of walking they would be more incline to helping a girl out. Apparently  not. Needless to say I did not have my nails done, nor would I ever return. Read Less
