Lyn has done my nails twice now and what a beautiful job she does! Perfection! I'm so happy that I started going to this place.
Well....at the eighth time the service became very low rate. When I got home I saw that the nails looked like press on nails. (I had left a 15 dollar tip). After 2 weeks the nails were lifting- were extremely thick! I went back there and was told I needed a fill. I disagreed....and was told to come back later. Since my daughter was arriving in town soon I said I couldn't come back later. A tech was assigned to me and she fixed my right hand nails and told me my natural eyebrows were tacky and needed fixing. Hers were drawn on.
A few days later all my nails lifted and I'm glueing them back on with nail glue. When I was first going there my nails didn't lift at all! Every time its been Lynn who does them! I would not go back there even for free now! I leave good tip every time and this is the treatment I get? After only 2 weeks "You need a fill ". What blatant cheating! Smiling sharks! Shameful. I am fully disgusted by being used this way.

I have gone here several times to get my nails done and the service always is top notch. I get compliments on my nails all the time and highly recommend this salon to all of my family and friends. As a treat I have also brought my daughters in (5 and 7) to have their nails painted, they were treated like little princesses and left with huge smiles on their faces. The prices are excellent and service is fast. Great salon, I would highly recommend them 100 times over. Thank you for the great service!!

Have had amazing experiences at this salon! They consistently do a great, relaxing pedicure that holds up well, even in the summer. I got a full set of gel nails done for my wedding and they were beautiful, detailed, and have held up extremely well for 3 weeks. They also worked to accommodate myself and 4 of my bridesmaids all at the same time which made the experience so enjoyable! Will continue coming back here.

2 of us waited quite a while even though we had appointments and then had same person give us a both a pedicure in 20 min. Hello
Most pedicures are an hour each not flogging off 2 in 20 min each because you have one person doing 2 people and don’t want them to make them wait any longer then they already did.
So instead of making it a real pedicure for us they only charged twice for them to make the payment form2 at an overly charged rate to boot.
then the other 2 on had a manicure and other pedicure that was so way over charged that was beyond any standard rates.
Seems they thought the birthday gift was for them to make money.
Bottom line. Won’t be back.

I not only go to them for my nails which is always done so beautiful just like what I want,but also for my waxing and pedicures and I do not plan on going anywhere else. I highly recommend stopping by to see for yourself ❤️

My daughter and I both got our nails done on February the 16th. The salon is very clean and all staff were very friendly and accommodating. Even offered us a glass of wine! Very relaxing atmosphere.My daughters nails were done by Sunny.She is over the moon pleased with his work he is very meticulous.He didn't even charge my daughter for her nail gems. I had Opashna do my nails she also was very good. She doesn't have the same yrs of experience as Sunny but she is young and doing amazingly well.I am very pleased best nails I have ever had done. We both highly recommend this establishment for quality nails, service and product availability. Thanks again for your amazing service we will be back!!

Was in last week for a pedicure and gel polish. Good job and nice ambiance with the nice massage chairs and foot baths. Technicians were friendly and did a good job. My gel cracked after 3 days though...

My gel cracked after 3 days though, but was in the pool a lot over the weekend. And the young guy who works there could definitely use some people skills. I'll definitely give it another try.

Perhaps I have unrealistic expectations coming from a large metropolitan city, but I found my pedicure to be of less than average quality and not worth the prices charged. I did not ask for a hot stone treatment nor did my young daughter and niece the both of whom I was treating to a pedicure. We were charged for premium pedicures anyway. The hot stone "treatment" took all of 30 seconds as there was absolutely no massage to speak of, and no lotion applied to my feet at all. Strange for a pedicure, don't you think? Better communication from the staff would be beneficial. Next time I'm in town, I'll look elsewhere.

Horrible service. Asked to take off gel nails that were already grown out 3 weeks. I had my natural nail under and the lady broke my nails with a clipper right in half. Instead of filing the top late...
Horrible service. Asked to take off gel nails that were already grown out 3 weeks. I had my natural nail under and the lady broke my nails with a clipper right in half. Instead of filing the top later off. I asked her to stop but she kept saying fake nails and didn't understand English. She completely ruined my nice nails and wanted to charge me more. She didn't even file them properly. I will never go There again. They argued that I had extensions. Which I did not. I had my nails fully filled to my natural nails and now they are fully broken and look disgusting all in different length and shapes. I only want the top later off and not my nails ruined.

Beautiful nails is hands down the best nail salon I've been to in Kelowna! The staff is very friendly and funny too :). I'm always extremely happy with my nails! They are never too thick, uneven, or bumpy (which wasn't like previous experiences I had in Kelowna ). Mia usually does my nails and they are always incredible -- she takes a lot of pride in her work! But honestly all the staff are really good. One day the girls in my family took over their salon. We had a great time and every one of us was happy with our nails or toes (whichever we had done). I 100% recommend this salon!

I had a pedicure here with my younger sister, mom and grandma last Sunday.
My first impression was good, when I called they said they only had 3 people working, to which I said that was fine, we don't mind taking turns if we have to. When we got there they brought a fourth person in to work so we could all get done at once. Excellent!
All four of us were started within 5 minutes of each other (at most). My mom and grandma were absolutely pampered for an hour and a half, while my sister and I were rushed with and done in 15-20 min and left waiting over an hour for the other two to be finished. There were no other customers during the span of our time there, and the young guy who did my feet was sitting on his phone for the rest of our time there. Not so excellent.
Honestly, I would not recommend going to this place unless you know for sure you are going to see the older gentleman there, he took great care and detail into my mom's feet and she was very pleased, but for my sister and I, the experience left a bad taste in our mouth.

Just got my bi monthly shellac nails.. I was looking for a place open Sunday cause I obviously left it till the last minute. They got me in when I asked, everyone was so nice. The guy who did my nails did such an amazing job!!!!!! I always get black and he really took the time to make sure it was perfect and gave me an extra layer!! Highly recommend to any picky person like me. I am so happy with the service and the professional level of this salon

Well....at the eighth time the service became very low rate. When I got home I saw that the nails looked like press on nails. (I had left a 15 dollar tip). Have had amazing experiences at this salon! They consistently do a great, relaxing pedicure that holds up well, even in the summer. I got a full set of gel nails done for my wedding and they were beautiful, detailed, and have held up extremely well for 3 weeks. I did not ask for a hot stone treatment nor did my young daughter and niece the both of whom I was treating to a pedicure. We were charged for premium pedicures anyway. Beautiful nails is hands down the best nail salon I've been to in Kelowna! The staff is very friendly and funny too :). I'm always extremely happy with my nails! Just got my bi monthly shellac nails.. I was looking for a place open Sunday cause I obviously left it till the last minute. They got me in when I asked, everyone was so nice. The guy who did my nails did such an amazing job!!!!!! I always get black and he really took the time to make sure it was perfect and gave me an extra layer!! Highly recommend to any picky person like me. I am so happy with the service and the professional level of this salon

I went here for the first time the other day and usually my nails lift, but my nails have stayed in place and still look flawless. The staff is amazing and very welcoming overall this is a great place...

I went here today for the first time after hearing good thing's about this salon and I was not disappointed. The salon is Its clean and set up very beautiful, the location is great...but most of all ..I just love my ombre nails!!! they are beautiful. Thankyou Maiya for your gorgeous work. I will definitely be back.
