I thought that since they charge more than other places for a full acrylic set that the quality would be higher. Sadly I got a new tech, who although super friendly is probably not ready to be working on paying customers. My nails were thick, crooked, and poorly painted. This is the first time in my life I've had an acrylic set with gel polish CHIP and PEEL after ONE day! I went back and they were kind enough to fix the set, and I tipped them for their effort, but 2 days later I noticed bubbling of the gel and chipping started again! I'm now out 90$ and have to go to another salon to get this awful set removed, then a whole new set done. Really friendly staff but their techs need more training and they need better gel polish products. Read Less

I went here based on great reviews... I should have gone to the owner like many here suggested, but I was in a bit of a time crunch so just booked an appointment. I've been getting my nails done for years and these are terrible. I got a gel fill and colour . The tech was inexperienced ( I get there is a learning curve but paying the same price as somebody who is amazing sucks) She leaned into cutting my cuticles so hard that 4 of my nail beds are visibly red (I am actually bleeding a bit from one). She didn't paint the sides of my nails and I'd gotten a darker color so it's clearly visible, what she did paint is uneven, and didn't clean out/ file underneath the nail. Really disappointed that I didn't notice how bad they were until I was long gone... lesson learned. The whole job was sloppy and I will not be going back. Read Less

Went to this wonderful salon for a birthday experience for me and my daughter. My daughter is turning 6 . The owner (Cali) did my daughters nails and Angelina did mine. They were both so sweet and even played a couple games of 20 questions and I spy with us. I was especially impressed with how clean and sanitary they were. Thank you for being so great! Read Less

Absolutely the worst place I have ever been to. Did a terrible job on my nails, lost all the gems before I even got home from the salon. There were holes in the color. I called to express my dissatisfaction after paying $70, only to have the manager say will we only redo them with no refunds!!!!! They proceeded to tell me how I was going to a junior tech and I knew that. So, it's alright to have a shitty set of nails cause a junior did them? RIDICULOUS! I can't say enough about the quality and the integrity behind the workmanship at At Your Fingertips. Kali has done my nails for probably 15 years, which says a lot, it's so much more than that. It's so comfortable and fun and we get to laugh the whole time. They seem to attract a clientele of the same quality...good people. Everyone joins in sometimes. So for me personally, Kali has become such a good friend over the years. I see how she runs her business and how her staff adores her, as I do. In my opinion there is no other nail salon in town that even compares to the quality that Kali requires in her technicians as well as the products she uses.
