Worst spa in Kelowna. Rude workers and very unclean spa in general. Wouldn’t consider this a spa at all. The workers talk in a different language I can’t understand. Brought my Asian friend with me one day and when we left she informed me they had been talking about how my Gucci bag had to be fake considering I am only 16 and that my hair needed to be fixed because my roots were beginning to grow out. I find it very unprofessional to speak low of your paying clients while they are sitting right in front of your. April 2017 I had booked an appointment to come in and change my shellac color. I got a pink colour and also got my toes done. 2 hrs after getting it done the shellac had peeled off completely on one finger. I had all the way back in the next morning and she redid that nail. I told her I was going on vacation the next day and hopefully it would not happen again. And of course it did...7 out of my 10 nails all peeled off with in 3 days. I called from my vacation spot to tell them what happened and I wanted to come back in to have it redone when I return home...The lady was rude and told me it's already been a week. Before my service even began the lady was texting on her phone, she was texting while she prepped my nails for removal, then left me sitting with acetone on my feet for over 15 minutes while she continued to text. I finally said something and she yelled at me telling me who am I to tell her what she can do and can't do during her business hours. The only reason I came here was because it was within walking distance and I was without a vehicle. I just caught a cab to Nice Nails 4 U where the service is always amazing, the staff is kind and the salon is clean. I don't know how a place like Angelina's stays open! Unreal! Read Less

I booked an appointment for my friend and I get to get a manicure and a new gel set. We arrived at our appointment time and waited for 15 minutes before getting sat. My friend had her nails dipped in water while I sat and waited. We walked out after another 15 minutes of waiting. Don't bother booking an appointment because they'll take walk ins before your booked time. Such a waste of time.Read Less
