I found them quick and efficient. They did a great job and the staff was very friendly. Would be 5 stars but I did find it a little cramped and hard to move around.

Where do I start? Came in to get my two daughters (15 & 3) pedicures and an eyebrow wax for myself. They asked us to come back later. I told her we couldn’t, I have an appointment. Then they said ok we can fit you in, 10-15 mins. We waited for 30 mins before getting seated in the pedi chairs. While we waited the girl who seemed in charge’s son (5 years old) was walking around with her phone taking our pictures and grabbing his junk constantly. We were very uncomfortable. Finally they seat my girls in the chairs and let them sit with their feet soaking for another 20 minutes before starting on my older daughter. They didn’t start my 3 year old for another 20 minutes after that! She was waiting patiently but ultimately decided she didn’t want to sit still anymore so I asked for a towel. They said no, no, we are going to start now, he will be fast. Wouldn’t take no for an answer. Very, very pushy. I reminded them about my appointment I had to get to as we had been in there for 1.5 hours at this point. They said, oh yes, we will be done. They guy did a terrible job on my youngest ‘s toes. He didn’t even finish the job, leaving the girl who painted my oldest’s nails to come do hers. More waiting. In the end we spent 2 hours there and were very late for our next appointment. They never did do my eyebrows, told me to come back later 😂. You couldn’t pay me to. I never saw anyone sweep and they never properly cleaned the foot tubs. I was so grossed out. I honestly can’t figure out why it was so busy. Must have been a rare day. I can’t see anyone going back there after one experience. They don’t deserve even one ⭐️. Don’t support this business. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life.

Waited for almost 2 hours. We should have walked out. My GF and I didn’t have an appointment. They kept saying 10 min, 10 min. Our feet were so wrinkly from soaking so long in cold water. They didn’t have the schellac polish color I wanted so I picked another one, they were out of that one to! Finally the 3rd color I picked they had but it was the last of the bottle!!! It was dirty. Nobody cleaning up the nail clippings or sweeping the dead skin off the floor. I’m pretty sure I got athletes foot from the dirty brush as they don’t sterilize the tools ever!!! On top of all this my shellac started peeling of one day later. BS!! I will never go back. I your thinking of going ... choose another place with lots of good reviews where your money will go further. Way to many bad reviews for this place!! There are lots of good clean salons out there. I’ll be choosing a different one next time for sure!!

Unclean space. Overbooked and had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment was booked. The nail file was not cleaned from the girl before me. My chair they sat me in to do my nails was broken and duck taped back together. Overpriced. They also cut my cuticle while filing and didn’t feel bad at all. I felt as if all they cared about was money while sitting there. They pulled on my finger hard enough it cracked even though it was easily close enough to work on. Horrible company!! DO NOT GO HERE

Worst nail salon ever. Went there to have my gel nails extensions removed. The lady there can barely understand what I said. When she used the machine to sand the gel off, the machine touched my finge...
Worst nail salon ever. Went there to have my gel nails extensions removed. The lady there can barely understand what I said. When she used the machine to sand the gel off, the machine touched my finger several times and it really hurts and there was a little bit of blood on my finger. She kept saying “it’s okay”. Then I asked for another lady in there to help me and I asked if she can make sure to not hurt my finger but she refuses to admit they hurt my finger and says I have “dry skin” on my finger and it wasn’t blood on my finger. NEVER going back!

It's luck of the draw if you'll have their full attention or not, sometimes they are crazy busy so they jump around a lot. Once you know to expect that, it's not that bad.
They always do an amazing job on my nails which is why I keep going back. The shellac never cracks or lifts, I only ever go in because my nails grow out. The ladies are really nice but I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes for my appointment, if I waited 40 mins like some of these other reviews I'd be pissed too.

I went there this Tuesday and watched the Lady write down my appointment for the following day at 10am for mani and pedi. SHE TOOK my name, number, and what I was getting done. I show up the next day early and they are putting anotger lady in and tell me they dont have my appointment and theres nothing they can do, i can sit and wait 20 min for another lady to come. Zero caring for anyones time, bad customer service, if I could give you a -10 I would, I saw the lady with my own 2 eyes write down my appointment. Are you keeping two different log books, like how does a appointment disappear??? Dont recommend this place to anyone.

Gel powder nails- first set was uneven but lasted great. Fill was terrible she used the right colour but the one with sparkles in it. And then the fill and original gel nail started to lift and from there the nails started falling off. I decided to try once more and got a different nail tech and the nails turned out great but instead of the usual 63$ it came to 73$ which is ridiculous, if I wanted money printed on my nails I would have gone to Faces in the mall.

Waited for almost 2 hours. We should have walked out. My GF and I didn’t have an appointment. They kept saying 10 min, 10 min. Our feet were so wrinkly from soaking so long in cold water. It's luck of the draw if you'll have their full attention or not, sometimes they are crazy busy so they jump around a lot. Once you know to expect that, it's not that bad.
They always do an amazing job on my nails which is why I keep going back. The shellac never cracks or lifts, I only ever go in because my nails grow out. The ladies are really nice but I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes for my appointment, if I waited 40 mins like some of these other reviews I'd be pissed too.

Gel powder nails- first set was uneven but lasted great. Fill was terrible she used the right colour but the one with sparkles in it. And then the fill and original gel nail started to lift and from there the nails started falling off.
