I've visited 4 times. the last apt wasn't my greatest made apt for PEDI and wanted sparkle gel she was slapping it on, way to much product, got it on my skin offered to do a mani also so I said ok did a very fast one while I sat in PEDI chair and got the product all over my skin again. Hasn't been a week and all the gel on my finger nails is off. I knew and mentioned that because it's on my skin it's going to lift. She pretty much ignored my comment. Great selection of colours both regular polish and shellac. Salon was clean and tidy. As a walk in I didn't have to wait long at all (came mid afternoon). Definitely would recommend. If I'm ever back in Kelowna wouldn't hesitate to return. Read Less

I have the Dip Nails, done by Sonny, he is very gentle, as well as takes time to do it right.I like that they don't rip the artificial nail off your natural nail, they soak it off, so that there is no damage being done to the natural nail. Which I think is important. I feel it is the Best in Kelowna, when compared to similar nail salons. Read Less

I would have to say..I'm pretty picky when it comes to my nails..ABC nails has always followed through with anything I've ever asked them for. Most nail spots rush because it's just about making money..but ABC nails takes their time working on my nails. Took my wife here and they did such a horrible job. Took them Over 2 and a Half hours for a set of solar nails with sparkles. They were not even, super Thick, oddly wide at the end and looked like garbage. Just an all out horrible job and they were very rude about it as well. We do not recommend them ever. After making an appointment well in advance for my daughter and I, the service we received was not very good. The staff seemed overwhelmed with the amount of people coming through the door and my daughter and I didn't get shown a color palette, we had to ask for it, our toe nails didn't get cut, our nail Polish started coming off in a few days. Terrible pedicures! I wanted a manicure and was sitting in the pedicure chair while the gentleman was putting on my nails, he didn'...t fit the nails, the were a bit crooked. When I finally got called over to get my manicure after waiting awhile, he was going too fast and they turned out OK, I had better work done at other places. When I needed to come in to have a nail repaired few days later, I was told they were too busy, he told me to make an appointment. Lousy service, lousy work, my daughter and I will never return. ABC was great! They got us in right at our booked appointment time, let us sit beside each other, joked with us, were informative about new product ( which i ended up getting instead), and it was all around a great experience and environment. Sunny and tony did our nails and i was recommended to Tony. They were both great to chat with and both did an amazing job on our nails which also included designs.
