I’ve spent 200$ on 2 sets of eyelashes and both times by the 2nd day they were falling off. I was washing them correctly (please note my lash tech “not from this company” her lashes stayed until she refilled in 4 weeks) I phoned and discussed with them but now they want me to pay out of my student money again and there been no problem coming in again for a free application or fix but they weren’t willing to. So anytime I’ve ever had professional services for my nails or hair the professional “always” said come back we will fix the service for free! Not happy with the customer service with this company! took my friend here to get our nails done for her birthday! They took off 15% for her nails which was nice of them! They did some lovely work and it was a “simply sweet manicure” for us both! We were basically treated like royalty and let us stay in the “golden room” so we could sit together to get our nails done! I also got my brows done and they also did a great job with that. I had booked an appointment online for me and my girlfriend. The option was unavailable to book for us both but there was an additional requests spot on the bottom. They proceeded to call me ONE hour before my appointment and told me that my appointment wouldn't be able to accommodate my appointment and that I would have to pay a cancellation fee. I had a lash lift and tint prior to my 4 week vacation and I highly recommend this service along with a brow tint if needed. Best eyelash extensions ever! Gabby did mine and after 3 weeks they still look like new (no refills) and i put them through the test of pools, saunas, facials and they still held up. Will only look to Sugar and Spice for my eyelashes moving forward. Highly Highly recommend! Read Less

I went for a $60 pedicure last week. Worst pedicure EVER. She soaked my feet and painted my nails for the full 50 minutes. No cuticle care, no massage, no scrubbing my feet or callous removal.
