I had an appointment with Rhianna today for a pedicure and a new set of gel nails. I cannot say enough good about her and the job she did on both my feet and nails. I am a Father that had an opportunity to share an experience with my Daughter. We wanted to try a new place and chose Pink with envy. When we arrived we were taken in and seated. In a very short period of time both I and my daughter got the sense the attendant I had was not experienced which is fine but with slow service , cool wax and a finish that looks like a preschooler painted her Dad’s toe nails I was less than pleased. Especially when they did not inform me in the be...ginning that she was in training nor did they offer anything to make up for the low caliber of service. I can only imagine they did not think much of it because I was a man. I like pedicures and go often with my girls, I like colour and sparkles. But I also expect the same service anyone should when paying full price. I did not get it. As a man we sometimes feel that a place like this isn't for us. I am a diabetic and I get a regular pedicure at Pink with Envy, Brandy and her staff go out of there way to make me feel extremely comfortable, I would definitely recommend Pink with Envy for "EVERYBODY" especially all men like myself that thought a place like this wasn't for us.... Came here for the first time today and was not impressed by the pricing. I was charged $52 for a gel polish change when I was expecting a gel pedicure. I was expecting at least a little buffing of the feet but nothing was touched. I also didn't enjoy the aesthetician putting the cut off toe nails into the water where my feet were soaking. The level of professionalism was also not up to a usual salon standard. My aesthetician was talking about her personal life and I'm sure some clients enjoy this social banter but as I said before it was my first time and I found it a bit odd- it wasn't your usual small talk convo. Anywho I can see how this place would do well with their regular clients but I don't think I'd come back as their pricing is too high for low quality. Read Less

went to cancel my appt & was told I would be charged a full fee since I couldn't stay there long due to prior engagements & so I opted for a quick gel polish instead. The lady made my cuticle bleed, filed them all a weird, uneven shape, and they've begun to grow out & chip even though I went yesterday. Pink with Envy is the best salon if you want nail art or a more serene environment. The nail techs are awesome and can totally reproduce the art you see on Pinterest or Google images. I just showed Stephanie a photo and she duplicated it completely and with my permission, added a tiny addition which made it even prettier! The salon is large, open and quiet. Most of the other nail salons are small, crowded, loud environments that play crappy day time television talk shows on a flat screen. At Pink Envy all I heard was the soft sounds of mellow music and felt as though I was the only one there ...floating on a cloud of serenity. I also like how professional the staff are whilst doing their jobs. Often at other places, staff are busy watching television, chatting with their coworkers etc. This does not occur at Pink with Envy. This salon is has a spa atmosphere. They also use organic products which are luxurious and smell divine. I highly recommend this salon. Read Less

This is the best nail salon in Kamloops and I've tried several. Mandy and her staff or all very professional and they stay no turnover of staff like other nail salons in town. Everyone is friendly and you don't have to wade through mounds of clothes to get to what you came there for. They are a nail and pedi and brow salon and that's what they do. I love going there are being treated royally and the cleanliness there reminds me of the professionals salon I went to back in Sask.
