Worst spa ever .. totally messed up my daughters special day (7th birthday) DO NOT RECOMMEND . Very unprofessional.. i still have not received a call back from erica the owner.. super unprofessional and extremely unorganized. I booked manicures for 4 of us and they told me we would all be going in together ..they instead slotted us in for 15 mins each only to get nails painted and they told me all nail art included . But all they had was 5 sheets of totally ruined stickers ..when i stepped outside for a second they told my 7 year old if she got stickers on every finger it would be too much money . Had some family come with me and we got our toes done for my wedding the pedicures were awful. Overpriced for what we got, they didn't massage our feet use a scrub or anything. I did however get my nail done by rachelle and she was great, nail looked good and she did a good job. Read Less

My girlfriend had an appointment to get her eyelashes tinted. She scheduled the appointment for 4:15. They called the day prior and asked if she could come in for 4:00. She said she finishes work at 4, but will head there right away and should be able to be there for 4:10. She arrived at 4:10 and they turned her away and said she was late, when in reality, they changed the appointment on her. Terrible, terrible service. No apologies. Don't ever go to this place. I have had my manicure and pedicure's done here and experience fantastic customer service and felt pampered like a princess. The staff was amazing and the facility was very clean and smells beautiful. I'm looking forward to getting my hair done there very soon by their amazing salon staff! So recently I have come back to get polished for a lazer hair removal treatment. It is my very first one that I have ever had and I was a little bit nervous. I have had nail services and ...hair done with get polished and have been very satisfied in the past. I went in for my laser hair removal appointment last night and with ease my technician went through the process of my specified treatment area. There was minimal to zero pain, I was extremely comfortable with their bed and heated blanket, as well I did not feel shy or self-conscious. And the area is super smooth with literally no aggravated skin or bumps !! Appalled by the service. Extremely unprofessional and very disappointed in management as well. I will never give this company my business. Not only were they 4 hours late for our bridal party hair and makeup the day of the wedding, the management put absolutely no effort in to fix the issue. We ended up having to find someone from another business to do all of our hair the day of the wedding. After this the manager and owner put no effort in to get in touch with the bride to ...make up for it or apologize. Our bride had to go into the shop herself the Monday to demand her money back. They basically turned her away and said they were busy. Absolutely disgusted they were not there fixing this mess and making up for it. The bride was given a small refund after waiting all day Monday to hear back from them. Absolutely ridiculous that she was treated this way. Never been more disappointed in a business. If it had been my own business I would be trying to make up for this terrible service in so many ways! You almost ruined her wedding day!!!! I also have a sty from their dirty makeup as well. My sister and I went here for a girls night to get our fingers and toes done for my wedding. After a booking error we were promised 50% off so we rescheduled. We still paid over $200 for gel polish fingers and toes for the two of us. (Not a great deal for 50% off) My nails were so thick I had them removed the next day and fixed. They charged me for that. Fine maybe I was being picky? My boss was in there and paid for them and I am very grateful! However even after having them removed and redone thinner they were still so thick I paid to have them removed in Barbados on my honeymoon. Worst $200 We have ever spent. The trashy talk coming from the hairdresser the entire time I was sitting in there also left an awful impression.Read Less

The place itself is beautiful and the one time I got work done was done excellently. But the workers are very unreliable. They booked me an appointment once, I always book really far in advance, and a week before my appointment they call me saying "actually, we aren't even open the day you had your appointment, sorry! Maybe we can get you something in another month?" Like no, I had a big wedding to go to and couldn't find anywhere that would take me last minute. I was canceled on 3 other times and every time the excuses were completely out there. I wish there were more reliable workers, or more variety of people who can cover more work. Low end forgot it, nothing but a waste of time here. I had walked in many times and never got any help finally one day did and they booked me came back and what a horrible job never went back. I have friends who go there though and like it but I can't get past the tacky decor as well as my experience with service was horrible and when i asked for the owner the manger would not give me any info. I should not have paid. The back is not quiet or private so forget any other services except nails. Read Less
