When I usually go there, one of the lady's who does my eyebrow threading is gentle about it. As well as puts a cream on after. But there's been 2 times I've gone there and had to see another lady who isn't as nice . Today was the last straw. Not only was she aggressive with it and got my lashes a few times, (none came out just some tugs) she gave no after care what so ever. The middle was not finished and the ends weren't even. But I didn't say anything because it was so painful. And I've been getting threading done for years now. When I called and explained that I had cuts on my eye lids (which happens sometimes but not so many) and inform them she was rude at times, they lady on the phone (who didn't understand me at first) began to laugh at me. A lot of the people there are very nice and extremely professional, but this one woman has ruined my experience and their shop.

I have had both excellent service and terrible service at this Nail Salon.
The first appointment was lovely, albeit my manicurist was 10 minutes late. She did a lovely job, my nails looked excellent....
I have had both excellent service and terrible service at this Nail Salon.
The first appointment was lovely, albeit my manicurist was 10 minutes late. She did a lovely job, my nails looked excellent. Also, the hand massage was helpful for my tendonitis.
The second appointment I had, I prebooked for two spa manicures, for my friend and I. We waited 20 minutes for my friend to be served. My manicurist was late by ten minutes, was stoned, nodding off, missing steps of the process. Put lotion on my hands and arms, no massage, did very sloppy work. Took off her gloves, and used the wrong tools.
I went home with terrible looking nails which I repainted, because I do a better job.
I would like to return, but I don't want that manicurist to serve me ever again.

Terrible customer service. Had my nails done a few weeks ago. I went in to ask if they would have time to remove shellac at some point..and everyone went back to what they were doing and ignored me. Thanks for nothing.
Now going back to a few weeks ago when I had my nails done. A friend and I booked appointments for the same time and I started 45 minutes late. They also failed to mention a student would be doing my nails. Not normally a problem with me as we all start somewhere..but a heads up would be nice. Especially since on top of my appointment starting 45 minutes late she did the polish in the wrong order and had to start over so it took quite a while, and we had plans after our appointment. Not knocking her service, she is very lovely, and everything takes longer in the beginning. But customer service and communication is key.

Absolutely perfect nails every time by both Gwen and Helen. I have an injury to a thumbnail from childhood, it has always embarrassed me and makes it very difficult to attach a nail to it. Gwen expertly reconstructed the nail and it lasted 7 weeks, with a couple of fills. I love how all my nails look and last.

Amazingly friendly staff! I was late for my appointment and brought my 3 and a half year old daughter last minute. They were able to accommodate both of us even though I was 20 minutes late. It was my daughter's first time and the staff were so patient with her. She had trouble waiting for her polish to dry before touching it and the woman just kept on touching it up and redoing it for her. Was only $10 for my daughter.

Love the staff and quality of work. My only suggestion is in hopes the communication for the pricing is done better. The pamphlet said one price, the very nice gentleman who started taking off my polish very politely informed me it would be $65 for the nails I showed them off of a facebook post by a lady who had them done there. Then when the nail technician sat down, it turned into $75. I def did not mind paying the $75, they are amazing. But the communication can be a bit better. Overall fantastic place and I will continue to go there.
They also work very hard at getting all the walk-ins seated asap. Fantastic service!

Worst pedicure ever! I go regularly to other spas...took an hour to do a mani and a pedi! Callouses still rough and was told that's the best they could do as my feet were too dry. This is actually the 2nd time here and my first one was equally as bad. Poor customer service.

Barely deserves 1 star. Went to get my nails filled. They cut me twice. Then I just gave up and told them to take them off. She proceeded to cut me again, lots of blood. Gave up again half way through...
Barely deserves 1 star. Went to get my nails filled. They cut me twice. Then I just gave up and told them to take them off. She proceeded to cut me again, lots of blood. Gave up again half way through and went to the counter and they said it would cost 30$!!! 30$ for them to cut me three times and have them half taken off. Now my nails or horrible and I have bandaids everywhere. Just ridiculous! There are so many other great nail places on the coast go to them! DO NOT GO HERE!!

What a great experience! Lots of friendly people and the owner, Arthur, even drove us back to our hotel with our fancy little flip flops on so that we would not have to walk in the snow or ruin our nails after a pedi. He is also quite the storyteller! What a life he has had!

Was the worst experience ever. Was told $28 for an acrylic fill and $10 for polish. When it came to pay they charged me $58 and said there was a $15 nail removal fee. Not even a week later all the polish is peeling and chipping. I was told I was over the 5 day so if I want it fix I have to pay.

The team was bubbly and freindly they always found time for me even if it was a 10 min wait!
Being an esthetician myself for 9 years, I felt it was very clean both time...

The team was bubbly and freindly they always found time for me even if it was a 10 min wait!
Being an esthetician myself for 9 years, I felt it was very clean both times receiving and Mani and Pedi .
I was treated by two different ladies and both were so thorough and gentle.
The prices are amazing as well!!
Thanks so much ladies, when I am back in town I will definitely be back :)

Poor service, terrible massage. The entire experience was very rushed. My pedicure was 15 min late, and lasted half hour while my moms was a full hour. I had to sit and wait for half an hour for her to finish. Won't go back.

When I usually go there, one of the lady's who does my eyebrow threading is gentle about it. As well as puts a cream on after. But there's been 2 times I've gone there and had to see another lady who isn't as nice . Today was the last straw. Was the worst experience ever. Was told $28 for an acrylic fill and $10 for polish. When it came to pay they charged me $58 and said there was a $15 nail removal fee. Not even a week later all the polish is peeling and chipping. I was told I was over the 5 day so if I want it fix I have to pay.
