Used to have good service. last time I was there the owner,Helen, did my manicure (Tanya did a good job with my pedicure) and cut my nails so short I had sore fingers for a week! I was getting my nails done for my wedding. Mediocre pedicure and manicure. Definitely overpriced for the outcome. The gentleman (if you can even call him that! ) was doing my mom's nails, she asked him "how are you doing today?" his response was "you know what, we don't need to talk." The lady doing my nails criticized my decision, several times, to have my acrylic nails short. Both their attitudes were sour and unwelcoming. We finished, got in the car and realized 3 of my nails were missing polish around the edges and we had to go back in. I will never, ever go back to that place. Overpriced and horribly dissatisfied. My daughter and I both had pedicures in August. It wasn't very busy. I found the pedicure to just be ok. My daughters was done in about 35 minutes and mine was about 45 minutes. I didn't have a massage and I brought my own gel polish for her to apply. We were charged $50.00 each. The previous owners charge was $35.00 when I opted out of the massage.
