The women were nice but probably overworked. They got me in earlier though I was happy with a later appointment and rushed through my mani-pedi. Paid and tipped before I got started hoping that would encourage finer work. It was in the mall and I needed it last minute. If you don’t have time to do it yourself and desperate that will do it but they could def use some attention to quality.

I went for a fill of acrylics and got another colour and it’s hands down the best job i’ve ever had done. the shape is so pretty and the nails are really even and nice and flat and look natural not bumpy like other places i’ve had it done. Would recommend!!

Okay service - pedi was good; finger nails not so much. Weird experience having 2 gals do feet & hands at same time. Not a high end salon but a bit better than the assembly line nail place. No extras but plastic bag lining tub to avoid contamination was appreciated. If in a hurry I would go again but not for that ‘pamper’ visit. Prices average $50 for both.

Very personable staff. Always feel very welcomed, and leave the salon with beautifully done nails. You never feel rushed or uncomfortable and can genuinely enjoy yourself while here. I have been going...
Very personable staff. Always feel very welcomed, and leave the salon with beautifully done nails. You never feel rushed or uncomfortable and can genuinely enjoy yourself while here. I have been going since opening and will continue to go each time. I recommend making an appointment even a day ahead of time as they get very busy with walk ins.

I love coming to q nails. All the ladies are super friendly. There are alot of colour choices. Would have given it a 5 star but the designs could be more detailed.

Never again! I am currently finishing up a pedicure here. The lady stabbed my foot with one of the tools and made me bleed. Such a sloppy job. She forgot to file my nails so she's doing it right at the end with my shoes on. I will never come back! Probably the worst pedicure I've ever had. :(

The women were nice but probably overworked. They got me in earlier though I was happy with a later appointment and rushed through my mani-pedi. Paid and tipped before I got started hoping that would encourage finer work. It was in the mall and I needed it last minute. Never again! I am currently finishing up a pedicure here. The lady stabbed my foot with one of the tools and made me bleed. Such a sloppy job. She forgot to file my nails so she's doing it right at the end with my shoes on. I will never come back! Probably the worst pedicure I've ever had. :(
