No customer service. There are many other shops to choose from. I have gone there a few times before and they did a wonderful job. The gel nail polish would last and my nails would grow being protected by the gel. This time however was the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. First I had called ahead and booked a time. I arrived and founded every table and chair were full. I offered to go and come back in 1/2 an hour if that would help and she seemed relived and greatfull. When I came back half an hour later not only had they taken a new person but took the 2 that had come after me first, I had watched go in as I was walking back. I spoke up and they told me there were busy but found me a seat then 5 minutes later to another. When she started on my nails she was in such a hurry she burned two of my nails with the dremel she did not soak off any of the nail polish. Even worse the nails started to chip the next day. My sister and I are new the to the Delta area and we wanted to find a nail place that we could call our permanent spot to get UV gel refills. Reading the reviews for this place was mixed and I was worried, this being my second time ever getting my nails professionally done. When we walked in we were seated immediately and we were given a HUGE amount of colours to choose from. Everything was very clean and it was a relaxing atmosphere. When we managed to pick, the wait time was a little over 15 minutes past our appointment. The wait was only because they were working on two ladies who had a bad experience at another salon and the nail techs wanted to make it right for them at their location. When the two sat down with us, I got Ruby and my sister had the manager of the store. They spoke English very well and they had a great sense of humor. I was very pleased with the attention to detail that Ruby paid to my nails and she made sure that everything was just as I liked it. We had a great conversation, all 4 of us, as we sat and had our nails done after some much needed R&R. The prices were reasonable and the girls were very gentle and took much care when it came to making sure our nails were done just the way we wanted them. My sister and I are definitely going to be calling this place my go-to from now on. They made sure my second experience was a good one after all of the horror stories that I had heard from lots of places around the area and that her particular style of nail criteria was met. I got a manicure done here. The person working on my nails told me that a regular manicure would only last a week. I said fine. One day later two of my nails chipped. I went back and the same lady told me they only last a day.  I reminded her that she had said one week. She continued to insist one day. I couldn't believe the ridiculousness of her assertion. $50 for gel nails that didn't even last 12 hours!! I'm so mad. First of all, they didn't ask if I wanted gel nails, I really just wanted acrylics. The lady just gave me gel nails without asking. Hooorrrrible. They don't know the dif between defect & perfect!! After going based on the reviews here, I cannot believe the positive reviews I've read. The first time was bad but the second chance was even worse than the first. I requested a squared tip which was completely ignored. They were incapable both times to even file/ shape my nails evenly, including their length. They also cut in right down by the quick and malformed the shape making the nails look all weird shapes and sized. My nails looked nice before coming here - now they're gross! They left me sitting there to dry which felt like forever, basically ignoring me when they couldn't upsell me to shellac or paraffin wax treatment or a painted designs. Instead of putting my flip flops on my feat afterwards so the polish wouldn't smudge, the put them on the floor for me to do. Being petite, I struggled trying to get my feet to reach the floor from high up in their pedi chairs, and not wreck my pedicure, while they stood there doing nothing. I finally had to say something out of frustration and disbelief that they'd be so unhelpful, which is basic service anywhere else I've gone. I found this place on yelp after I left my regular salon in tears minutes before. I called and explained what had happened and if they could redo my nails last minute. The lady on the phone was so understanding and said come in right away. It's located in the same complex as the Cactus Club on Scott Road. The place is clean, bright and airy. I didn't get the technician's name but she knew exactly what I needed in order to be happy again. She was quick but very meticulous in her work. She filed them so thin n narrow, you would not think they were artificial. Also, I asked if they do matte finish for shellac and she said yes. My other place said you can only do it on nail polish. Also there's lots of colors to choose from. Seriously I am so happy with how they look now. Not thick and chunky and uneven like previously. The price was awesome, the most affordable one Ive been to. I will definitely be back. Read Less

I really wanted to try a new nail place today. So I decided to try this one and this may be my new permanent go to nail salon! I made an appointment online, on their website for spa pedi's for 2. No phone calls necessary when you do this :) they have a large number of talented staff there who I found were very friendly and I got service right away. I took my man with me (who really needed a pedi, and it took me a long time to convince him into getting one) We were sat down, on the massage chairs. I was handed the color samples for gel nails, in which they had a large selection of colors. The young lady named Lee who was doing my nails was truly amazing, she really has an eye for detail and didn't leave me with any cuts or nail sensitivity while sanding my nails (like other places have) I even gave her a heads up about the arch's of my feet which are extremely ticklish so I let her know not to touch them and she didn't. I've had experiences in the past where they end up scrubbing that area and I hate that. The lady doing my bf's feet I think her name was Luanne, she was an older Asian woman. She was so sweet and had a sense of humor. Her presence was very warm and welcoming as well which is what every nail salon should have. She did an amazing job on his feet and fixed the area around his heels that really needed some TLC. This is a great place for guys to get pedi's, I'm happy I took him to a good place like this because he didn't mind it at all and because he didn't mind it he would go back again.  This salon has a nice ambience, it's clean and quiet. These ladies got and deserved a good tip and i'd definitely go back there. Read Less
