I made an appointment for 2 pedicures. I said 5:30. They said 5:15. I said no I'd likely be late. They said 520 so I said 'Ok, where are you exactly, I've never been there.'

I made an appointment for 2 pedicures. I said 5:30. They said 5:15. I said no I'd likely be late. They said 520 so I said 'Ok, where are you exactly, I've never been there.'
'We're right by Krispy Kreme.' No. No they are not. They are the next block and the entrance is from a side road in the back. Because of this we are 10 minutes late. The girl tells me, 'we didn't think you were coming so We took some one else. We can't take you.'
'You mean right now? We can wait.'
'No, we will not take you!'
I suggest if any if they drop actual appointments this way, that they ask for a contact number to call so people don't waste their time and gas. Never again. Nail salons are a dime a dozen. Don't waste your time with these people.

They did such a good job . I got my nails done weeks ago and they still look great! They also have a card you get stamped everytime you go there and when its full you get a discount!

I usually always go here typically they do a good job but sometimes the shapes are slightly off but never noticible when a nail broke 2 days after I went back and they fixed it for free and customer service is usually really good I would recommend his place it’s nothing fancy but call and make an appointment before you go cause then you’re guaranteed to get in :)

I went in for the first time for a pedicure and shellac manicure. Awful experience. It was rushed (last appointment of the day). And because she was rushing, the esthetician splashed the water from the foot tub all over me. Not to mention my manicure was garbage. She literally just filed and painted my nails. No soaking, no treatment for the cuticles, no moisturizing. On top of that, I had wanted a nude nail colour but ended up with a really ugly peach colour. Which was unfortunate because I was traveling the next day and didn't even have the chance to change it for my trip.
I wouldn't go back and I recommend others choose to spend their hard earned money else where as well.

If you just want quick nails for an event this is a good place to go. They are affordable and do a decent job, however, they don't last long, for me at least. I went to go get a full set of acrylic nails and they started lifting pretty badly after only one week! I wouldve expected that they would last longer than that. Could get expensive if you have to go and keep getting them done every week.

I've gone here a few time and I have not been impressed, most recently I made an appointment for 1pm and I showed up on time and checked in with the manager. After waiting over 30mins past my appointment time and not so much as even having someone say they would be right with me. People with no appointment where helped before me! I finally said something and they ignored me so i got up and left. Not only does the customer service suck but when you do get your nails done they rush and mess up

This location is very close to my house and therefore has become my regular spot. I always make an appointment but they also take walk ins if they have time. I haven't had a pedi there but it looks popular. The ladies are kind and actually like getting to know their regular clients. I got a full set done here and fills after that, cost around $35. I think it's pretty affordable compared to other places. Ive paid $70 at another salon, only to have my nail break the next day. They also do stamp cards where your 5th appointment will get you $10 off. They do have a wide variety of colours and also get the job done quick. Also im not a fan of places that make ur nails look kinda thick. This place does it right, very natural. Also they dont charge me for nails that i accidentally broke. I love it here and I will be a loyal customer forever.

This little nail salon is tucked in behind the old North Delta Inn (Allstars pub) on the lower level of a strip of shops. I've bcome a regular customer here. My favourite service is the spa pedicure. The massage chairs are an added bonus, but the manicurists do an excellent job. You get a soothing foot soak, massage of feet, ankles and lower legs, exfoliating scrub, and full pedicure. It's soooo relaxing! The women are friendly and cheerful. They work hard at learning their customer's names so they can greet them when they come back. I feel so pampered here so I keep going back. They even have a loyalty program with a discount after a certain number of visits.

I usually always go here typically they do a good job but sometimes the shapes are slightly off but never noticible when a nail broke 2 days after I went back and they fixed it for free and customer service is usually really good I would recommend his place it’s nothing fancy but call and make an appointment before you go cause then you’re guaranteed to get in :)

I went in for the first time for a pedicure and shellac manicure. Awful experience. It was rushed (last appointment of the day). If you just want quick nails for an event this is a good place to go. They are affordable and do a decent job, however, they don't last long, for me at least. I went to go get a full set of acrylic nails and they started lifting pretty badly after only one week! I wouldve expected that they would last longer than that. This location is very close to my house and therefore has become my regular spot. I always make an appointment but they also take walk ins if they have time. I haven't had a pedi there but it looks popular. The ladies are kind and actually like getting to know their regular clients. I got a full set done here and fills after that, cost around $35.
