NOT GOOD. The nail tech used a disgusting old nail file that had clearly been used for many other clients on my nails - she also filed the skin around my nails because she was in a hurry jumping between my nails, and some persons pedicure! I make an appointment for a reason. Also the shellac polish chipped after two days, usually last for 2 weeks on my nails from my old salon. Would not recommend. Read Less

The ladies are professional and timely in getting you done. They do excellent work and are even generous to those of us who are new to getting nails done and make errors that they fixed for a small fee. They want their customers happy and happy enough to come back. You gals rock. Read Less

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!Absolutely awful customer experience! !! I phoned early in the day and made an appointment for a mani pedi for 5:30pm. On the phone they didn't even take my name or number. I showed up 5 mins early and there was 2 ladies working on 1 lady. One of the ladies came over and told me to pick my color from the wall. Usually you get seated have your feet soak and then you get the nail chart to pick your color. I had to ask for a color chart and then the lady told me to sit started to fill the feet soaker with water and walked away. The water was cold, seemed dirty and the chairs were uncomfortable. I had to tell the lady that the tub was going to overfill. I sat there with cold water on my feet for 20 mins while 2 ladies worked on 1 person! Another lady came in 10 mins after me and said she had a 5:30pm appointment and was waiting as well. I asked how much longer they were going to be and the lady said 10 mins.  I said that is ridiculous and left. Not once did they ask if I wanted or needed anything. Didn't ask how the water temperature was. Didn't apologize for running late. Nothing! Now I am stuck with this gift certificate to this awful place and I desperately needed a pedicure. Hopefully I can see if they will refund my money but I doubt it. I rather loose the money then be treated like this and risk a chance of an infection.DO NOT GO HERE! Read Less

I have been going to Anna's shop for 4 years now, very friendly people. Sometimes things go wrong (it happens to everyone) this complainer, Maria Celina Villario might have twitched her finger or has delicate skin. i went here with the hopes of getting a nice, simple, french, gel manicure.i had phoned before coming and asked if they were busy, which she said they weren't. i went there around 3 in the afternoon and it was completely empty, which was a bit strange to me.getting the manicure was fine and easy, but my real issue came less than a week afterwards. my nails tend to grow a bit faster in the winter (or does everyone's...?) and i noticed at work one day that my real nail tip was showing underneath my extension and gel bonder! umm?? i've absolutely never seen that before! i was not impressed and i haven't, and won't, go back.edit: since i apparently wasn't clear and got a message telling me i didn't know what i was talking about, i meant that my real nail tip, the one that grows from my actual finger nail, began showing underneath the gel and nail extension. i obviously know that when your nail grows out it'll show, but i've never seen my REAL NAIL TIP be so visible through the gel AND extension. that would only happen if they were not applied properly, which was my point. This place is terrible. I have never been so poorly treated by a company in my life. I received a GC for a 45 minute massage. Made an appointment. Went on time. Waited 45 minutes while they kept accepting walk in nail clients. Finally got in. She kept leaving the room mid massage to accept more walk ins. After 25 minutes she said she couldn't do anymore today and to come back. Without a word more she left. I called the owner to complain. He said he would call back.... He never did. TERRIBLE. Hi Anna it's me Lisa. Re. that comment that Tennille Scott and after talking with you I had to make my own comment. I noticed too that Tennille Scott made a very very negative comment on LV nails on Ladner. I know for a fact that you do not use a cheap supplies because all your products are on the wall for customer to see and to choose. Seems like this lady has a problem with nail salons or she works or owns one and try to turn people away from the busy salons in Ladner. She has stated that she's been getting her nails done for 20 years so why is she jumping from nail salon to nail salon, why wont she stay with one nail salon where she has been going, through this years. I have been a customer of Anna for 3 years. Anna has a very busy shop with lots of returning costumers, many of them had been going back 5 -6 years. very nice people i have acrylics done about every 3 weeks and I have done this for the last 20 years I don't believe that they use a very good product reason being is my nails constantly lift which is unfortunate that she seems to buy a cheaper products because this is the only reason I will never go back there very nice people very nice shaping but within a week my nails are lifting and within 2 weeks there falling off should only have to go get your nails done every 3 weeks so all in all do to her buying cheap products the experience is poor because afterwards they don't last long i realy wish She would start buying a better product and not going cheap with her products because I would still be going there Read Less
